SpendHQ does not require specialized skills to analyze and present the data to our business partners which is one of the reasons we selected the tool when comparing it to others. With the added flexibility offered by the analytics capabilities in the 2.0 release, it is even easier for the Procurement team to share data insights using simple to build custom dashboards. While the functionality of the tool is robust, the maturity of the support features and process (product roadmap, release management, etc) has been less mature. Spend HQ enriches and normalizes our disorganized data across multiple systems. Troubleshooting questions, reviewing dashboards and analysis, and providing recommendations. The graphical user interface is superb, and the ability to easily reach standardized views of our spend data is very good. The system also has nice features for side-by-side comparisons, and export all results and views in MS Office. There are certain quirks of using the Power Filter functionality that make it challenging for some of our less tech-savvy users.
