Speakap wordt binnen ons bedrijf veel gebruikt voor mededelingen, kennis met elkaar te delen en te informeren. Het is voor ons een platform waar veel medewerkers gebruik van maken. Het is DE manier om met elkaar dagelijks in contact te blijven binnen verschillende teams of groepen. Het inrichten ervan kan naar wens gedaan worden en ook de huisstijl kan hierin terug gebracht worden. Echte nadelen van Speakap kan ik niet benoemen, omdat er toch altijd met je meegedacht wordt tot een oplossing.

Je kan altijd delen wat je graag anders wilt zien, dan wordt er ook vanuit hun kant gekeken wat er mogelijk is. Het enige probleem wat voor ons nu nadelig is dat bij het OPNIEUW in dienst komen van een medewerker of in het geval van twee dienstverbanden (medewerker/stagiaire) geeft dit inlog problemen wat met het aanmaken van een ticket snel opgelost wordt. Door Speakap kunnen we op een open en interactieve manier in contact staan met al onze medewerkers van de verschillende locaties. Informatie kan gefilterd worden per groepen en/of afdelingen, zodat men enkel gerichte informatie ziet die voor de medewerker van toepassing is.

We were in the process of designing our own App, when we first became acquainted with Speakap. All the framework was completed and our participation was essentially plug and play. The Speakap team helped to bridge our existing complicated communication system to interface well with their integration process. De mobiele app is zo ontzettend makkelijk, dat iedereen het kan gebruiken. Het heeft de functionaliteiten van sociale media, waardoor de meeste collega's intuïtief weten wat ze moeten doen en hoe het werkt.
