**What do you like best about Speakap?**

I am thrilled with Speakap's accessible application, which has significantly increased our daily and monthly active user engagement, exceeding our expectations. The ability for various team members to easily post updates lessens the workload for our Communication team. The capability to quickly reach operational employees more effectively is another standout. Moreover, the good relationship with the Customer Success Manager greatly enhances my satisfaction with the service, making it a compelling choice.

**What do you dislike about Speakap?**

I found a challenge with the setup process where we encountered a hiccup in arranging the SSO environment. This resulted in a two-week delay of the launch, and we couldn't go live with an SSO approach initially, which was a significant wish. Additionally, Speakap could put more focus on customer needs and wishes, particularly concerning the journey module. The current journey module is quite basic, and since more clients use it as an onboarding tool, enhancing it would be beneficial.

**What problems is Speakap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Speakap enhances communication, connecting us deeply with operational employees, and reducing workload for our team by allowing direct updates. It eases feedback, increasing DAU and MAU significantly, and provides quick insights with poll functionality.

**What do you like best about Speakap?**

Speakap has made it easy for our entire organization to stay connected. From bus drivers to office staff to purchasers who travel all over, the app connects everyone. Even colleagues who speak a different language find their way around the app. In addition, Speakap is user-friendly, has a visually appealing interface, and we’ve had a great experience with their support team.

**What do you dislike about Speakap?**

We are really looking forward to the new chat feature. The current chat isn't very advanced, which means we're missing certain functionalities. For example: the ability to delete a message or replay to a specific one. Additionally, it would be great if the app included a feature to automatically send birthday wishes.

**What problems is Speakap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization is spread across many business units in different countries, which sometimes also work together. It used to be difficult to get in touch with collegues form other business units when you needed them. There was also a lack of sense of unity. You didn't really know what the other business units were working on. That has changes a lot now.

**What do you like best about Speakap?**

Speakap is very user-friendly. It’s intuitive and easy to use, so everyone can get started quickly - from office staff to frontline employees. Plus, it’s incredibly convenient that Speakap works seamlessly on both desktop and mobile. It keeps everyone connected, no matter where they are, which is a huge advantage for our organization.

What I personally find most valuable is the ability to set up groups. This allows us to communicate in a highly targeted way – for example, only with managers, with colleagues from a specific location, or with employees in a certain country. It makes our communication not only more efficient, but also much more relevant for everyone involved.

There are also many options when it comes to add-ons. And if something isn’t available yet or doesn’t quite fit, the Speakap team is always open to new ideas and collaborations. They really think along with you and are incredibly customer-focused. Communication is fast, pleasant, and solution-oriented – truly a pleasure to work with.

In short: Speakap not only helps us communicate better, but also strengthens engagement and connection. Highly recommended!

Nothing, in my opinion. There are still some wishes at our end, but Speakap is already working on realizing these.

Connecting all our different locations, making it easier and more accessible to reach our employees, increase engagement among our different locations.

**What do you like best about Speakap?**

Speakap, or Domino's Chat as we call it, provides an easily accessible and user-friendly platform to connect and share business relevant information. 

With various features such as static pages or reactions, Speakap has always ensured that the shared content is easy to consume. In addition, the excellent customer service should be mentioned - the team has always helped quickly with challenges and tried to find solutions.

**What do you dislike about Speakap?**

There's not much we didn't like about our Speakap network. One suggestion would be to extend the limited number of characters in the surveys and to make the search function within the network a little more user-friendly.

**What problems is Speakap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speakap has helped us to stay close to our store teams, especially during the Covid pandemic. The platform helped us to keep up our spirit - sharing best practices, success stories and company news keeps the relationship alive and builds trust in the company.

Its created a modern easy to use and most of all engaging way for ALL our colleague to keep in touch. Its doesn't require everyone to have company emails and has already become a success within our venues based bsuiness just weks after launch.

- We can communicate with everyone in a smooth and simple way.
- Employees can see much more quickly when something is communicated.
- Employees can communicate with each other; we no longer use WhatsApp as it was -sensitive to privacy issues.
- The Speakap helpdesk responds very quickly to issues.

Messages sometimes come too close together, and employees occasionally lose track. It would be nice if updates could also be scheduled in the future. Fortunately, this feature is coming soon.

There are still some things that should be added to Speakap. The use of polls that aren't anonymous, a way to send a message when it's someones birthday etc.

Speakap is a great platform for internal communication. We use it to keep everyone up to date for upcoming events, general information or to share pictures. We notice that it helps us with maintaining the connection between different deparments.

The only thing that we are missing is that when you create a poll you can only select one answer.

**What do you like best about Speakap?**

With SpeakAp, every staff member is able to post photos of the individuals in our care, of their weekend trips, or just funny memes. This fun activity allows for employees to get to know each other better. I now know so much more about my colleagues and we are doing more together as groups now that we know we share similar interests. There are people in other departments that I may have never got a chance to know otherwise. We also use SpeakAp as a platform for sharing company news and updates. You can pin important updates to the top of the page and post links to important pages and files.

**What do you dislike about Speakap?**

I wish that SpeakAp was more Android friendly. It is difficult to download the app for Android and some features are not the same. Sometimes the photos in a post are blurry until you click on it to enlarge, so when you're just scrolling through, the photos are blurry - you would have to open each one to see it clearer. The developers are working at making the app better all the time and I have no doubt they will fix these annoyances soon.

**What problems is Speakap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I fundraise for the organization, and I was having issues getting good photos of those we provide services for, but once employees were able to freely post pictures on SpeakAp, all sorts of great photos started popping up. Now, I have a library of great images to use for marketing, donor retention, and other needs. It's also a great way to find important company news in one place.

Connection and connectivity. And I see, we have been live for almost a year now, that the enthusiasm is increasing.

**What do you dislike about Speakap?**

A message can quickly "disappear" in the timeline. It sometimes happens that multiple messages are posted in one day, and then you just see your own message fall away. That's really a shame. It's of course good to see that enthusiasm, but I really find that a disadvantage. I know you can pin a message, but we only do that if the content is urgent.

Easy to use for anyone using social media, straight forward and fun. Daily used by our colleagues. Fast and easy omplementation. Customer Support is helpful. Extensive reporting.

We love to work with Speakap. Only negative we could think of is of the flexibility when additions to the app are requested.

We have 1500 colleagues working on 50+ locations in 5 countries. Speakap is a great solution to reach our employees for internal communication, we can share important documents, and our employees use Speakap as a tool for their daily handovers. Also, Speakap serves as an employee database, chat function and even to broadcast our frequent videos with company updates. 
It is great to see the engagement of our staff and how happy they are to ceebrate their milestones on Speakap.

**What do you like best about Speakap?**

Speakap is widely used within our company for announcements, sharing knowledge with each other, and informing. It is a platform that many of our employees use. It is THE way to stay in daily contact with each other within different teams or groups. It can be set up as desired, and the corporate identity can also be incorporated. This way, you create a very personal environment for your employees.

**What do you dislike about Speakap?**

I can't name any real disadvantages of Speakap, because they always work with you to find a solution. You can always share what you would like to see differently, and then they will also look at what is possible from their side. The only problem that is currently disadvantageous for us is that when an employee REJOINS or in the case of two employment contracts (employee/intern), it causes login problems, which are quickly resolved by creating a ticket.

**What problems is Speakap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Speakap, various WhatsApp groups were used in the stores, which was not always experienced as pleasant (think of sending messages in the evening). With the arrival of Speakap, this has been eliminated. We have also established rules as a company on how communication should take place on Speakap. The biggest advantage is that everything comes together in one place, which is easier to monitor, but also allows a large audience to be reached quickly at once.

Through Speakap, we can stay in contact with all our employees from different locations in an open and interactive way. Information can be filtered by groups and/or departments, so that one only sees targeted information that is applicable to the employee. 
The ability to create polls, events, and to respond, like, and tag messages keeps interactions within the organization and ensures employees are engaged with various developments.

The formatting of a text is lost when you copy a text. Additionally, searching for something is difficult if it is used frequently.

**What do you like best about Speakap?**

We were in the process of designing our own App, when we first became acquainted with Speakap.  All the framework was completed and our participation was essentially plug and play.  The Speakap team helped to bridge our existing complicated communication system to interface well with their integration process.  The application is easy to use, and we look forward to significanty improved communications with our field personnel, as we gain greater engagement.

**What do you dislike about Speakap?**

No real dislikes here. Some of the customization by Speakap to our unique processes took a bit longer than anticipated, however that was more of a product of our design than theirs.

**What problems is Speakap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a commercial construction general contractor that also self-performs work, over half of our company has limited access to our VPN, email notifications, or intranet.  Speakap provided a solution that will allow our field employees to circumvent our VPN and give us direct access to communicate with all employees, while ensuring that only authorized employees will have access to the content in the app.  Exactly what we needed.  We branded the Speakap for Swinerton as: SwinApp.

**What do you like best about Speakap?**

The mobile app is so incredibly easy that anyone can use it. It has the functionalities of social media, which allows most colleagues to intuitively know what to do and how it works. It does take some time to implement, but now, after less than half a year, we see more and more colleagues returning to the platform daily.

**What do you dislike about Speakap?**

The connection is not always optimal outside the wifi network. Then you can't play videos, photos don't load, and that's a shame for your content.

**What problems is Speakap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our colleagues work spread across locations throughout the Netherlands. We were looking for a way to still make these colleagues part of the headquarters.

We have joris as a point of contact and he always knows how to help us well. It is also a nice and easy platform to share everything with your employees and to be in close contact with them.

Sometimes there are technical glitches, but they are usually fixed quickly and the help they offer is great.

There were some bugs in the system, because of that some employees didn't receive an inventation.

It is very simply designed, allowing you to easily navigate through the app. This made it very accessible for our employees to get started. If you do encounter any issues, you have a contact person who is always ready to assist you.

Ultimately, we are now switching to another organization because we still miss some more extensive options and Speakap does not currently support this.

We have several branches spread across multiple provinces, and with this app, we can still quickly reach everyone.

**What do you like best about Speakap?**

Intuitive and user-friendly interface, making it easy to navigate and find the desired information. Additionally, it is nice that Speakap offers excellent customer service and that questions and issues are responded to quickly.

**What do you dislike about Speakap?**

The iOS version works great and offers a seamless user experience with quick access to all the app's features.

Unfortunately, we have encountered some bugs and inconsistencies in the Android version of Speakap.

The main problem that Speakap solves is how to provide the right groups within an organization with information that is relevant to them. Through the platform, messages and information can be easily shared with specific groups and team members, improving communication and collaboration within our organization. This leads to better information exchange and increased productivity and efficiency.

**What do you like best about Speakap?**

Speakap makes it quick and simple to reach a vast number of employees who otherwise would be disengaged or entirely out of the loop. Before Speakap we tried to engage our team through email, but we were missing more than half of the workforce who did not have a company email. Our business is also transient, so to differentiate ourselves from our competitors we use Speakap to break down the wall between management and employee. The transparency is unparalleled with the app, and we have seen an increase in culture, inclusivity and retention from our workforce.

**What do you dislike about Speakap?**

Speakap is continually evolving and they have new innovations releasing all the time. We are only scratching the surface of what we can do with this app, so it is difficult to say that it has any downsides.

**What problems is Speakap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It first tackles the problem of communication between headquarters and the field. Due to the nature of the work, construction companies often create strife between office and field as though they do not exist on the same level. Using Speakap we continue to destroy this notion and prove that the best teams work together at every turn, and that's what makes us successful. Our upper management and even our owners can chime in directly to our field team using this app, and those small moments make a huge difference when it comes to company pride, employee retention and overall employee success.

Speakap helps us communicate with our stations in an easy and interactive way. Not only do we send out information via text, photo's and video's, but stations can also ask questions. Our colleagues at the stations can easily acces the platform through a computer, tablet or phone.

I really enjoyed trying out Speakap for the ease of set up and use. The designer did a great job at creating a user-friendly and easy to grasp user interface. I used it for a meeting with my company Chuze fitness and might use again

Although easy to use and setup, I did have some issues with connecting with my colleagues, Not sure if it was a network issue, or something wrong with our accounts, but I couldn't find my coworkers at first.

Speakap is solving an issue of poor or lacking communication company-wide. It is integral to be able to hop on and off meetings, or spread mass messaging in a efficient way!

Speakap is very uncluttered. It has a clear structure and daily management is also easy.
It is easy to add systems through the speapap market
The support department helps with all problems and making mapping changes. Single Sign On solution offers no problems.

We sometimes run into problems with posting news items and sometimes the system could be a little more flexible in options for pre and onboarding.The organization has a branded app - therefore it is not freely available in the app store. Unfortunately, this does cause problems downloading Speakap especially with a new device. This may lie more with Apple than SpeakAp.

We are looking at opportunities to get the app into the public store on the App store. And they are working on onboarding tools. Whether these meet our needs is not yet known but nice that there will be opportunities.

With Speakap, you may quickly and easily contact a large number of employees who might otherwise be unresponsive or completely unaware of your efforts. Speakap is really clean-looking. It has a straightforward structure, and daily administration is simple. The support division offers assistance with all issues and adjustments to the mapping. The single sign-on solution presents no issues.

There is not much to dislike! The integrations can occasionally run into problems, but that really really depends on how your organization is set up.

We are investigating possibilities for getting the app added to the public section of the App store. Additionally, they are developing onboarding tools. Although it is good that opportunities will exist and creating an environment for onboarding that allows users to readily access training and information.

The interaction part of it and that it looks quite the same like WhatsApp, Facebook etc. That helps in the technical adoption process.

The timeline order in Android, it's not the latest news but the latest activity (iPhone has). The chat should be more like WhatsApp. Now some things aren't logical for the users.

Sometimes our feelings and thoughts cannot be completely expressed through just words. It would be difficult, and lengthy. This is where Speakap comes into play. We can speak our hearts without worrying about anything. People who feel awkward being in a video would find it helpful.

Even though the app's name is speakap and it emphasizes speaking rather than typing, adding an option to type and chat would also be great. It would be appreciated by people who don't want to speak. Also, the UI could be improved a little more.

Giving an opportunity to express real emotions to co-workers and clients. And to better understand their requirements. It also removes the barrier of not knowing the spelling of certain words.

My boss comes up with new ideas and features to add to our profile almost daily and they have always entertained these ideas with kindness and attentiveness.  Along with that, our employees have raved about the use of the app and how easy it is to navigate.  Speakap has been a huge hit for our company!

Probably the only dislike about Speakap is the cost.  The 3-month billing cycles equal quite a bit of money for an app that everyone just uses for fun content and not a necessary communication tool within a company.
