With SpeakAp, every staff member is able to post photos of the individuals in our care, of their weekend trips, or just funny memes. This fun activity allows for employees to get to know each other better. I now know so much more about my colleagues and we are doing more together as groups now that we know we share similar interests. There are people in other departments that I may have never got a chance to know otherwise. We also use SpeakAp as a platform for sharing company news and updates. I wish that SpeakAp was more Android friendly. It is difficult to download the app for Android and some features are not the same. Sometimes the photos in a post are blurry until you click on it to enlarge, so when you're just scrolling through, the photos are blurry - you would have to open each one to see it clearer. Speakap, or Domino's Chat as we call it, provides an easily accessible and user-friendly platform to connect and share business relevant information.
With various features such as static pages or reactions, Speakap has always ensured that the shared content is easy to consume. There's not much we didn't like about our Speakap network. One suggestion would be to extend the limited number of characters in the surveys and to make the search function within the network a little more user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
