We've had a great experience with Spacebase since we started using it as a result of the ASC 842 implementation. The software was easy to learn, and the customer support was stellar. They helped us with weekly calls as we learned the software, and they set up custom journal entries for us twice. When we have several lease entries under the same lease (i,e Reflector, Reflector 1st Floor, Reflector 1st Floor Sublease), and if I search & click the lease entry Reflector, instead of going directly to the lease entry, it will take me to a search result that will show all the lease entries again, and I have to click Reflector again to get to the lease entry. Additionally, for example, when I'm searching for a lease entry by city, it will sometimes show an expired lease entry as the first search result, whereas it would be nice if the search entries were sorted by active leases. 1. The 'no touch' journal entry posting each month is really efficient.

1. Sometimes we need to reach out to Spacebase internal teams to help with issues, as it can be difficult to self service our own solutions.

From an accounting perspective, I would like to see some sort of solution where the amortization schedules are combined into one schedule, rather than multiple schedules when there are lease modifications (from previous experience using other programmes I found that CoStar did this quite well).
