What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

One of the standout features of LeaseQuery is its intuitive design. The dashboard is clean and easy to navigate, with a clear layout that makes it simple for both new and experienced users to get up and running quickly. Key functionalities are easily accessible, which reduces the learning curve typically associated with lease management systems. The support staff, materials, and in-app guidance are thorough. It’s a great option for teams who need a straightforward solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

Not ideal for ERP Integration related to Infor Lawson. Where LeaseQuery struggles is in its ability to integrate effectively with other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. While the software does offer some export functions, the integration capabilities are quite limited. The integration support and knowledge relies solely on Infor Lawson’s managed services team. Not all Infor customers purchase the managed services support. Our organization does, which allowed us to integrate LeaseQuery with our ERP system. However, do to the required customization, we were unable to use the provided integration as-is. This has not allowed us to take any updates to the integration when released by LeaseQuery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery solving and how is that benefiting you?

LeaseQuery is a perfect solution for businesses that need to adhere to ASC 842 accounting standards. The ability to automatically calculate and track lease liabilities and right-of-use assets has greatly simplified financial reporting and ensured compliance with the new regulations. LeaseQuery also allows multiple functional areas within our organization access to the accounting and/or lease information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

Most important for us was using a tool that took us away from using spreadsheets and connected to Intacct for journal entries. LeaseQuery solved both for us. In addition to doing that everybody we have worked with from implementation to our frequent communication with the assigned communication manager have demonstarted professionalism and capability. I have also found every person I have dealt with to be pleasant and well-informed on the products offered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

It's difficult to find something to dislike about LeaseQuery. Their employees are exceptional and the learning academy is top rate. Their product will inform you if an item you are entering does not qualify as a lease and if anything that would make a nice report to have available. Our auditor has asked for documented proof that the lease was reviewed and this would cut down on a spreadsheet used to track what was reviewed or considered for entry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery solving and how is that benefiting you?

LeaseQuery provides to us a sharp product that tracks all of our leases, provides excellent reporting, and works with Intacct for journal entry import. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

The system overall is easy to use, but what I appreciate the most is the consistent excellent customer service. It is extremely easy to submit a ticket, response times are fast and thorough. They also have office hours that you can sign up for with a live agent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

Finquery does a great job at understanding customer needs and then roadmapping them for future improvements. It would be nice to have the approval workflow go through multiple levels of review. This is important to me because we have regional teams that handle day to day lease accounting, but I am the final reviewer of all leases that get entered into the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery solving and how is that benefiting you?

Leasequery has allowed us to consolidate a lease accounting system and lease administration system into one tool. Our facilities teams leverage the lease system to store all contracts and agreements. Leasequery also allows for reporting for both financial and lease administration, it is easily to develop your own report to build many details of your lease portfolio. What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

There aren't a lot of options in this space, but we have found LeaseQuery (and its other option of Contract Management software) to be just what we needed to manage the contracts and lease agreements for our growing organization. You can't fully appreciate the service that LeaseQuery provides until you are using it, but it has been a boon for us both in everyday management of our burgeoning list of properties and office rentals as well as our annual audit process, where it proves priceless. Super easy to use, easy to implement, and the support team for LeaseQuery/Finquery are quite responsive to our service requests.

Being able to integrate our contracts and leases together into a platform that utilizes character recognition (OCR), AI, as well as a clever software, helps to bring all the relevant info to the forefront when we need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

The overall portal is easy to use and understand, but the responsiveness of the system is a little slow at times. It seems to have improved in the last year or two, but I do notice it is not immediate when you process or filter different queries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have mandatory annual audits for our nonprofit organization, and the amount of detail we need to provide to the auditors is overwhelming. Managing and reporting on even just the office rentals and different leasing contracts we have is an undertaking, and LeaseQuery takes that off of our plate and helps us feel confident that that one area of our audit is taken care of, and we know that we can rely on their software service to provide everything we need relatively easily. 1. It is designed to organize your leases and prepare the entries to make

2. It provides powerful reporting tools both canned and ad hoc.

5. We get good customer support through monthly emails to check on things and also fast response when we reach out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

1. We are still working through the best way to get good reporting on changes in leases.

2. Making changes in leases can be more complicated and take time to enter in the right way Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

The most helpful is the ability to track all leases in one location, generate the necessary reports that bring value and insight into our lease accounting and subsequently flow this information into our financials. We rely on the accuracy and reliability of the program to ensure our lease information is up to date, complete and accurate. I use LeaseQuery multiple times a month and moreso during month end and have never run into an instance where I could not access the site.

LeaseQuery has always been very intuitive to use and the functions it offers is very valuable and saves a lot of potential manual time. The implemention and integration of our leases into LeaseQuery was intuitive and with the help of the team, we were able to get things running on time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

There are minor gripes with some functionalities and quirks but it is nothing that cannot be worked around as you feel out how the system works. The team is also continuously working to improve the user experience along with the available functions. Most of my minor issues were addressed over time by features being added or improved. Customer support is also very helpful whenever any potential issues may occur. The response time is quick and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is saving a lot of time that would have gone into manually keeping track of all our leases and to calculate the lease expense, right of use asset and lease liability accounts on a monthly basis. This is all automated through LeaseQuery and it makes it very convenient to use and reduces the amount of potential human error of manual tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

With the new way to enter leases it makes it much easier, searching for leases are easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

I am not able to self reject unless I also have the option to self approve, due to SOX Control we need that seperation of duties. So if I notice an error I have to reach out to my boss, ask them to reject, they have to go through each page to reject, then let me know it is rejected. Also, once a rejection happens it reverts bacl to the original formatting which is not really in the same order as the new formatting, I built my template based off of the new formatting. When searching for leases it would be nice to see the last user so I know if the lease is for my team or for another team at a quick glance, or at least show what property it is for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery solving and how is that benefiting you?

Making hte accounting entry is much easier since I am able to enter our accounts, I am able to just pull the report and upload it into our system. This saves a lot of time of having to manually create a template for each lease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

First, the customer service. Everytime we reached out to FinQuery for support, someone contacted us within 1 business day. The GASB 87 & GASB 96 standard reports serves all our needs. Creating custom reports is also fairly simple. The system is also very intuitive and easy to navigate. The Help Center provides useful resources and training videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

The cost. We are nearing almost 200 records and it is getting more and more expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery solving and how is that benefiting you?

The new features recently added such as "edit a lease after submitting it for review" and "approve all pages". This is helping us by saving some time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
