It has been a great tool to alleviate the workload in managing the adoption and maintenance of ASC842. It has several great features and is really easy to use. The system is also fast, and all the pre-made reports provide everything you need while also allowing on the fly customization to add fields as needed to then save a new custom report from. What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

I really like that LeaseQuery generates monthly journal entries with a click of a button. It's great when the audit rolls around to support the balances we have on the books. Another awesome feature is all the reporting. There's a customer report feature that you can basically get any lease information you want or need out of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

There's not much I dislike. Our challenge is that we have an extensive series fior our chart of accounts that makes it hard to get that to live in the system. Other than that, it provides everything I need! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery solving and how is that benefiting you?

Calculating the journal entry is HUGE for us. Honestly, if we had to calculate it ourselves we wouldn't even know where to begin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

From time to time, we encounter limitations to the software for our unique (complex) portfolio needs, and we'll have to develop a workaround. On the positive side, the support team is always there to help and receive product enhancement recommendations so that we might be able to automate these in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery solving and how is that benefiting you?

LeaseQuery significantly reduces our manual work and gives us better control over our extremely dynamic, complex portfolio of leases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

LeaseQuery was very easy to use. We very much enjoyed the dashboard, the emails of reminders when leases were expiring, and the friendly functions it had all together. The LQ team were making upgrades all the time and this lead to the ease of uploading leases. Implenting changes and reach out to customer support was easy as well. Customer support was always very friendly and prompt. We were very pleased. It was easy to implement our daily lease needs to because of the many reports it provided. We would use it all the time in our monthly process and was able to add or modify leases with no problems. Overall, it was easy for us to intergrate this product into our system, we have used it for a few years now and we really enjoy the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

The only thing that we found was that sometimes the system was slow. There would be certain times a report would take too long to load or the search bar where all our leases were was not working. This didnt happen often but it did happen sometimes in situations when we needed it to be more timely. Any other problems that we had, customer support was always very prompt in helping us figure out what was going on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery solving and how is that benefiting you?

It was a great place for us to put all of our leases. We have over 400 so trying to manage that in another place was going to be a nightmare. With LQ, we were able to have everythinge together, seperated by categories, and it make our accounting much easier. Being able to have the leases set up, search for them, the ease of making any changes, and being able to have the documents of the lease all in one spot, was great. Also by having the many different reports, espiecally the ones needed for monthly accounting purposes and ones for year end audit, we were glad to be using LQ. What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

The most helpful aspect is having LeaseQuery members available to answer our many questions and aid in any issue we were experiencing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

Our team would've liked more time alloted for the training sessions, however as I previously stated, the LeaseQuery team made time for additional questions we had afterwards. The trainings could have been extended and have taken into account the slew of questions presented to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery solving and how is that benefiting you?

LeaseQuery is great regarding notifications on upcoming important dates for entered leases. Inputting the leases themselves is also much easier to accomplish with LeaseQuery

I am not involved in the financial aspect of LeaseQuery, but through discussions the running of reports and inputting data has been much smoother than anticipated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer support has always been fantastic - they are personable with a good response rate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

It would helpful if there was a way to monitor or receive alerts as leases are approaching the end of their contractual term. This would allow us to follow up with various members within the business and to ensure we have a complete listing of our leases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery solving and how is that benefiting you?

Without LeaseQuery, we would be tracking all of our leases in an Excel workbook. For a company of our size, this would be tedious and open us up to potential errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
