The most important things for me was quick implementation and service on the cloud. We were on the desktop version of QuickBooks, which ran way too slow and required installation on every user's computer. It was vital for all historical data to be in the system, because our organization had over a decade's worth of transactions. Implementation took about three weeks. Bank transaction mapping could use some improvements. The improvements are on the roadmap, and the current process works well enough. Also, I couldn't say enough for the instant customer support offered even with significant time differences, Travis and Sanjay are always available and even replying to resolve issues out of their normal business hours to serve us. I could not say that there are any downsides of using Softledger maybe just the fact that sometimes some new features requested for implementation may take longer than expected given they have to cope with a myriad of requests and they need to prioritise.
