Also, I couldn't say enough for the instant customer support offered even with significant time differences, Travis and Sanjay are always available and even replying to resolve issues out of their normal business hours to serve us. I could not say that there are any downsides of using Softledger maybe just the fact that sometimes some new features requested for implementation may take longer than expected given they have to cope with a myriad of requests and they need to prioritise.
