The software interface for inventory management and order preparation is very easy to use, it is perfectly understood without any difficulty, it meets the operational needs that we demand in our organization, the main configuration is simple to perform, there were no major problems since its implementation. The system is scalable, at all times the interface gives you full visibility of inventory, it is possible to synchronize with Excel to obtain more complete numerical data. The best part of Softeon WMS is the ability to perform product movements in the warehouse. The system does a great job of understanding the 4 walls, and assisting in getting the product in the building and making it available for fulfillment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The system is too custom. There is no base product in current state for legacy customers. We have been told they are going to stop doing customizations, but that is not how softweare platforms work. There is base code that is updated for all users, but the customers have the ability to make customiozations and enhancements in the areas they need in order to run their business.
