I work with Softeon Warehouse Management System as a system analyst at a 3PL company. I like the flexibility for picking strategy, which allows us to use different pick routes depending on order types and priorities. This adaptability helps us create waves for different warehouse layouts and equipment types. I'm particularly fond of the Mass pick process because it makes the picking process efficient and fast. Additionally, I appreciate the BMS system's ability to produce billing invoices for each client within the same base system. Overall, the initial setup of Softeon was very good even if it was a bit basic and slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The support side of things and not having access to the backend to control some features. When report agents, scheduler agents, and other daemon agents get stuck, we don't have a way to restart services, which increases downtime for resolving issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
