  ### 1. Stellar Support, but UX Needs Polish

**What do you like best about SocialPilot Reviews?**

I like consolidating our social and reviews down to one platform. Their support team was incredible about onboarding and accommodating specific feature requests - super quick to respond, pleasant and flexible. It's also priced super fairly.

**What do you dislike about SocialPilot Reviews?**

I don't think the UX is very intuititve. I've used it over 50 times, and often click into the wrong screen a few times before finding my way to the review link. I also don't think the review landing page is ideal, though their team worked with us to customize.  Performance-wise had some troubles getting campaign emails to land in inboxes, and though it wasn't immediately evident how to fix, their support team helped with that.

**What problems is SocialPilot Reviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The review link provides additional value for our clients. We need to do a better job at utilizing it!

**What do you like best about SocialPilot Reviews?**

As a marketing manager, I like SocialPilot as it allows me to quickly keep track of what my social media team's activities. I love that we can post Google Business Profiles and having all my analytics with well designed, clean reports all available in one place is very useful. 

I also like that I can automatically add watermarks to posts, saving time and adding consistency to my brand imagery. The content library is also a tool that we like using to share content within the team for ideas etc and the ability to automatically add "first comments" to posts is also very helpful.

I've also recently discovered the collaboration tools, which allow team members to colloborate and comment on draft posts, which I think is simple great!

**What do you dislike about SocialPilot Reviews?**

There are a couple of downsides - no xing integration for example, but all in all there aren't many things that I dislike.

**What problems is SocialPilot Reviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've tried a few Social Media Automation solutions and we really like social pilot due team management, post reviewing tools plus the ability to connect to so many social accounts compared to other solutions that we tested.
