What do you like best about Socialinsider?
When we started to offer Social Media Management services for our clients it became clear that we needed a software for in depth reporting for profiles and also cross channel. Socialinsider was recommended by a friend and the tool is really great! Also, some clients asked for benchmarking with the competition and this also came in very handy. What do you dislike about Socialinsider?
Somewhat expensive starting out, but once you hit a number of client accounts the price is better. They also offered us a discount while we had fewer clients and this helped us a lot in the early days! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Socialinsider comes from its in-depth social media analytics and easy-to-use interface, though I wish it offered more customization options for reports.
