What do you like best about Sociabble?

In a multi-country, multi-activity organisation like VINCI Energies', we use Sociabble both for its ease of use and for the many possibilities it offers to provide a personalised user experience.

Our communication and IT teams involved in the project really appreciate the customer and technical support of Sociabble teams to adapt the solution to our needs.

What do you dislike about Sociabble?

As we use Sociabble mainly as an internal communication platform, there are features that we don't use. Therefore we had to customise the training content to launch efficently our projet.

It was important for our organization to take the time to think about a good structuring of the contents before deploying the tool.

Sociabble helps us gather information in one place and distribute it on the right scale. Having taken this step, we are now working on employee advocacy. We benefit from appropriate consulting at every stage of the project.

What do you like best about Sociabble?

We found it extremely easy to use and implement and were virtually live in a day. Easy to get other members in the team to adopt the platform. Posting questions anonymously becomes a challenge and also implementing feedback on the channel can be challenging

What problems is Sociabble solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our problem was having one platform where we could integrate all our internal communications posts, applications and information. Sociabble solved that problem for us in a very easy and efficient manner. In fact getting the company of 700 plus individuals to adopt the platform was very easy and today we have more than a 90% acceptance rate.

Very easy to use, a lot of features available (the new video module is top notch), both for employee advocacy and corp communication uses, regularly improved according to customers needs, kpi.

What do you dislike about Sociabble?

it would be great to be able to manage cold content too.

Sometimes, dashboards can be a bit tricky to use/understand.

Sociabble can integrate all common social media channels like Linkedin, Twitter Youtube, I don't need to upload the content again, it can sync up automatically!

Really save me a lot of time!

As we are a startup company, 200 licenses as a minimum seemed a lot. Hope can have a more flexible subscription way!

We ran an employee advocacy program on Sociabble, and encouraged all our employees to voice of the brand as ambassadors! It also has the leaderboard that we did a excellent competition!
