Sociabble's unique UI is easy to navigate and aesthetically pleasing. Its functions make handling business comms, business branding, and personal branding easy. The best part? The team at Sociabble are the friendliest bunch I've ever met. As a bonus, Sociabble shares my organisation's passion for sustainability!

Some less tech-savvy users can take a while to get used to the UI. I wouldn't say this is because of the UI - it's straightforward to use - but rather that even the most accessible tech can be difficult for some to navigate. I'd love to see informative videos on the Sociabble platform that users can access from their accounts that will show them how to use Sociabble's tools and navigate its UI.

Sociabble can be a bit overwhelming for those who aren't adept at social media.

The length it sometimes takes to develop and test features. We are used to the customisation approach. But we appreciate the opportunity to be beta testers and provide feedback on roadmap developments.

Our firm has struggled with lacking communication for many years, and we have grown to a point where we were in dire need of a platform to allow for real-time communication. There's nothing i really dislike but it would be great to be able to insert different links within the banners for different languages

We are able to communicate within our BU and engage employees in a way more dynamic way than via outlook emails. It's cross country so nice to see what other countries do as well.
