"Easy-to-use tool for internal communation and employee engagement"

What do you like best about Sociabble?

The tool is intuitive and proposes new features on a regular basis. Different ways to share content and raise employees engagement. The sociabble team is also available and gives good support if needed

What do you dislike about Sociabble?

everything is okay and well thought. The only feature that could be improved if when you work in different languages like in Belgium, you need to change your main language in your profile to send a test newsletter

What problems is Sociabble solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps to communicate with all our employees locally but also with the rest of the group

"Sociabble experience"

What do you like best about Sociabble?

Sociabble in itself is a great tooling to engage with your employees. Next to the tooling, we've had some great experience with the team of Sociabble.

What do you dislike about Sociabble?

It's a shame that you have to pay extra for delegate seats.

What problems is Sociabble solving and how is that benefiting you?

Informing our colleagues about all the different things we do and how do them. It helps put focus to our content. Also content creation is tackeled via the new AI module, which looks awesome!

"Sociabble, the perfect toll to connect with your employees"

What do you like best about Sociabble?

Sociabble is a fundamental platform for our company.

The software is very useful for our internal communications, but also for engaging employees.

We use it daily to communicate essential information to our teams, but also to share success stories to create emulation.

In addition, employees are also editors and can share information with the whole company, such as success stories or stories of social moments.

Sociabble is the perfect tool to create a link with your teams, especially during the teleworking period. It is very fun and easy to use.

The Sociabble support team is very responsive and always there to help us and answer our needs and questions. They are also very helpful in proposing communication kits that are always very effective.

I highly recommend Sociabble

Sociabble connects employees and encourages them to share with other employees.

A powerful and comprehensive analysis tool.

Nothing to declare about Sociabble, we've been using the platform for almost 2 months and things are going smoothly.

What problems is Sociabble solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows to centralise all the social media content of our brand and ease the way employees can share it on their own LinkedIn account for example. It is also a good way to create a cohesion within the company by creating challenge to gather people around a same objective.

"A tailor-made platform and support"

What do you like best about Sociabble?

The platform is easy to use for administrators and users. The possibility of designing everything (channels, newsletter, etc.) is a real plus.

But the added value of Sociabble is the tailor-made support, thanks to David we can build a successful social media strategy.

What do you dislike about Sociabble?

The small improvement would be to be able to delete users who no longer have a license.

We must be able to control and push information specific to our business to employees.

High load time can be the disliked point, however it is changing now.

"The best employee engagement platform"

What do you like best about Sociabble?

It's interactive, easy to use, and fun. It's helped boost our employee engagement activities and employee participation irrespective of where our employees are based.

What do you dislike about Sociabble?

I can't think of anything too drastic, but maybe a few more free features that are essential in helping in employee engagement activities like the video plug in.

What problems is Sociabble solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sociabble is helping us boost employee engagement. It also acts as our one-stop-shop and main channel of communication internally. We are in the process of pushing advocacy too and I'm sure adoption of this will be a success just like every other feature on this tool.

What do you like best about Sociabble?

An amazing mix of the features of a news website and a social media app. It enables better communication and information sharing within the organization, promoting greater and measurable engagement. As it is connected to all main social media apps and has gamification features, it’s also a great tool to boost employee advocacy.

User-friendly, both for the admin and the final user, with a modern and attractive interface. Robust and reliable solution.

It has been a very helpful tool with steady performance.

It has been adding new features, like complements, that promote employee interaction.

"A great platform to keep our teams connected with our brand and company news"

What do you like best about Sociabble?

As part of the comms team, I find Sociabble a fantastic tool to use to share news of all types with our colleagues. With such a large business spread across GB, having one place to direct everyone to is incredibly beneficial. Having the analytics platform in the back end is just as important, as we can track our colleague engagement with content in real time.

What do you dislike about Sociabble?

The training and communication from Sociabble to admin users is brilliant, however I think there could potentially be more resources available to help encourage engagement from a user point of view - focussing on the basics of how to use the platform and get the best out of it from a user perspective, as opposed to a focus on the communication strategy and content.

What problems is Sociabble solving and how is that benefiting you?

In a business where we have so many teams that work seperately from each other for a lot of the time, Sociabble is a great platform to help bring them together more and allows us to reach everyone with the same news at the same time.
