The team are always on hand and very responsive, working hard on ongoing tech developments to add to a solution that already offers a lot. From very visual, engaging layouts to a wide variety of functionalities including running quizzes, campaigns and polls the platform really becomes a hub of all digital social activity in a buiness.

Whilst the differentiated and ever-expanding offering from Sociabble is great, the platform is a little different to other social networks. Additional time may need to be spent upskilling users and helping them get familiar with the best way to use it.

The assistance and capacity to advise from Sociabble. The Sociabble CSM team is full of ideas, it's regularly hard to keep up.

It's hard to find something to dislike: maybe one area of improvement would be to be a bit more attentive to what's going on in our business.

We get more reach on social media through the help of our employee ambassadors. And we also get more team building and sense of belonging from subsidiaries in a multinational company.
