What do you like best about SMS-Magic?

We have been using SMS Magic for messaging our clients, installers, and suppliers, and the overall experience has been exceptional. The platform is user-friendly, highly reliable, and efficient, making communication seamless across all channels.

One of the standout features is the ease of integration with our existing systems, which allowed us to start using it without any major disruptions. What do you like best about SMS-Magic?

SMS-Magic has amazing customer service, the team is always happy to help and assist whether there's an issue or I need to create a specific process involving Converse. The team was amazing at integrating the solution into our test org, and then moving into our Production. In terms of usage, we use Converse every day as part of our Customer Journey, and we rarely have any issues, and if we do, they are looked into and fix rapidly. What do you dislike about SMS-Magic?

What do you like best about SMS-Magic?

I absolutely love the convenience and efficiency that SMS-Magic offers. Being able to easily send and receive texts directly from my CRM has greatly improved my communication with clients. In my experience, one of the main issues I have with SMS-Magic is its limited integration capabilities. What do you like best about SMS-Magic?

The thing that stands out most about SMS-Magic is its customer service. The customer support team was terrific about following through on every issue I raised and making sure I was satisfied with the resolution. The program intergrates well with Zoho CRM and was fairly intuitive once things were setup properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SMS-Magic?

We have been using SMS Screen Magic for our SMS needs, we do B2B sales and we couldn't be happier with their service. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making sending bulk messages quickly and efficiently easy. The delivery rate is outstanding, customer support is superb. What do you like best about SMS-Magic?

SMS-Magic is easy to integrate with Zoho CRM. We have also had great customer service. Our rep Aditi is great and she is attentive to our needs and questions. She has helped us with the setup of automated messaging as well as conversational messaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SMS-Magic has several plans and we have recently upgraded to 1-1 conversational messaging. Bulk messages can be scheduled but it would be great to be able to schedule the 1-1 messages as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SMS-Magic?

Access to Healthcare Network (AHN) has been using this product for some years now, we are very pleased with the app itself as well as the support! For AHN, SMS Text Magic allows us to more effectively communicate with the low income population we serve, since everyone...from young to old, English speaking to Spanish speaking, dis-abled to non-disabled, legal citizen and non-legal citizen....uses phones and texting messaging; many of our clients do not use email as an effective form of communication. The top three things AHN likes about SMS Magic: 1. Ease of installation, 2. Ease of configuration for our SF instance, including ease of creation of automated text messages, 3. Customer Support in relation to technical issues as well as account questions and pricing. AHN would definitely recommend SMS Magic to other non profit organizations that would like to utilize texting as an effective means of communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SMS-Magic?

The only features AHN would ideally like SMS Magic to have are: 1. a more comprehensive guide on figuring out "why" a text was not successfully received by a client (the telecommunications infrastructure world), 2. Methods for tracking cost allocations for individual messages sent over a period of time (non profits have lots of funding sources that change from year to year, and ALL monies must be accounted for), 3.
