Our Customer Success Representative, Vignesh, recently was assigned to our company and he has been extremely helpful. He not only has been able to answer all of our questions effectively, but has also assisted in issues we were having previously. We are very excited to start using their MMS features soon and have appreciated the ease of use with their system. We also like the rate we get on credits opposed to competitors. The SMS-Magic administration platform and reports are not intiuitive and we could use a few more reports Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our initial rep was not helpful whatsoever, but once we requested a new rep, our level of service immediately changed. Vignesh has been very responsive and helpful. SMS Magic also integrates very well with Salesforce and has a lot of functionality. We use a form software to pull records into Salesforce and then wanted to use merge fields to send dynamic data through short links. After the account manager issue was resolved, the only real "complaint" here is that since the company is India-based, there can be some language barrier issues when communicating with the developers on the customer care side, but overall they are very helpful. We switched from Twilio to SMS Magic. Twilio would not provide any support for our Salesforce Package because according to them it was still a pilot, even though it was released three years prior. We ran into issues with 10DLC and had other problems arise.
The implementation with SMS Magic and switch was not seamless, but went well over all.
Its been working for our Users quite well. We had notification issues with Twilio, with SMS Magic there have been almost none. The SMS Magic Console is also fairly user friendly and its good. Mostly, I just enjoy the fact that I rarely get tickets with SMS Issues.
When the time came for our 10DLC registration, we had an issue with SMS Magic and their carriers requirements. They found us a solution called BYOP, where because we still had Twilio we were able to use that on the back end and SMS Magic on the front. We are 10DLC registered and have had no issues other then some initial setbacks.
I'd recommend SMS Magic to anyone. As mentioned, their Support was not the most robust. But they have made strides recently and improved it a great deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do wish there was more options for automation. The Converse App is pretty good though and I've used it for an automated SMS. Also, as far as User setup goes. When you go to add Users they have to be done one by one. If you are at a large Company like me, its incredibly painful. I was able to use a batch job last time, but it should be do able from the Converse Console. Lastly, more detailed messages in the error logs and the ability to set a SMS to be sent by the owner of the record, not the last modified would fix some of our issues with automated messages. It's easy to customize an automatic testing drip to send through zoho CRM's workflows. Customer support is also very on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The billing is really difficult, there's no way to set up a subscription to automatically go or put in a card to pay for more credits when there's overages. The billing also takes some time and isn't always received and you need to reach out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SMS Magic has proven to be a powerful tool for our communication needs. Despite some minor drawbacks, its benefits far outweigh the negatives. The platform has improved our customer engagement and streamlined our SMS marketing efforts. SMS Magic has been very helpful for our team, especially in making sure we are able to do the necessary outreach processes to our prospected clients. One issue: Responses are not identified (not identified who response is from) when they go into the Team general mailbox. The person who sends the SMS Text, gets a response with the name of the receiver, but the Team general mailbox does not. Would be helpful to either have the response identified in the general email, or remove it, because currently clogs up the mailbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had a wonderful experience working with SMS-Magic customer success and support team. They have been very good with their follow ups. I'll will have to wait and see how the customer success and support team performs as I grow my business and future needs.
