SMS host is user friendly. The system offers a video that you can watch and learn how to use the product before going live online. It is very useful when we have a new employee and no time to train them. We can just put the video on for them and leave them be for the day to learn how to use the program. There is not much I dislike about this program. There are so many features on it and it is easy to use.

This program layout is pretty outdated and it is not the easiest to use. The last time I had an error, the customer service was very poor, and they could not fix the issue I had.
