What do you like best about Smartwebs?

Smarts Webs functions overall are so easy to use! Its like google but for HOA violations. While in the field its like three clicks, snap a photo and send. So convienent! When in the office same option. You can pull any addresses using the search bar and click right what you need to view the violations for said property. Adding notes to individual violations and accounts makes things so much easier in the field as well. It prevents any extra errors on a homeowners account. For example, they have a landscaper add a note. You then do not have to write up a landscaping violation. The notes are for internal staff only. OVERALL, I would choose it everytime! What do you dislike about Smartwebs?

The only downfall that I wish Smartwebs would consider is scanning and adding the govenring documents on your behalf. Otherwise each new community you get its a process to fill in all the governing document rules one by one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Smartwebs?

I love working with SmartWebs. It is easy to keep track of the status of violations and ARC Applications. I like that the comments by all of the committee members is there for a permanent review. When I first started using the program I had about thirty communities using the violations and ten using the ARC applications programs. Now I am down to two communities using the ARC Applications and I probably have 10-12 per month for each one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartwebs?

When our company transitioned to a new software program the ownership change did not sync with SmartWebs so we have to manually change the email addresses on the ARC Applications and then manually change the names on the letters that are sent out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Smartwebs?

The Violation module of Smartwebs is easy to use and has a number of features. For Violations, being able to easily put a violation on hold, and customizing the individual homeowner emails is very user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartwebs?

The ARC Module of Smartwebs where you upload the individuals project documents is cumbersome. To view the documents you have to download each one. You can't rename it once it's uploaded and you cannot organize the documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Smartwebs?

Smartwebs has a completely integrated Accounting Package, Architecture Package, Violation Package, Communications Package and Work Order Maintenance Package and Resident Portal Package. The system allows almost everthing to be done in our communities from one website and one log in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartwebs?

The company is growing and with most new pieces of software there are some issues that center around fast paced development and hotfixes of issues. There is currently not much training material available for the accounting package and not many people within the company that know the software well enough to get quick phone support. It sometime takes up to a week to get most accounting issues resolved, but this is improving. There are several basic features that I would have thought would have been incorporated early on, but are still in developement. Once this is added I believe we will see some big improvements our time and efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Smartwebs?

We have been using SmartWebs for 9 months and we actually enjoy doing compliance now. It has made it so easy to be consistent in applying our rules to our 2,000 residents. We are self-managed and we live in the neighborhood, so being consistent and fair is a very high priority for us.

Their customer support has been very quick and informative, and the implementation was super easy. I highly recommend SmartWebs! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Smartwebs?

SmartWebs products are the best in the industry. All modules seem to work much better than any of their competitors and their pricing is quite fair. Customer service is also top notch, and you will typically hear back within a few hours even if they have to investigate something. All integration is seamless too and taken care of on their end, and their development team has always been good about rolling out new features when we needed them. The compliance offline application in particular is a lifesaver since every other product is difficult to use if you don't have proper cell signal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Smartwebs?

This software program has been extremely helpful in streamlining our processes in covenants enforcement and architectural processing. We use the software exclusively for those two functions. The software has a user friendly interface, that is easily navigated, and fairly intuitive for a beginning user. Overtime, the company has taken the feedback of users and really formulated a system which has a robust offering. The best features of the software include the customer support (the support staff is amazing at answering questions and giving support), report pulling in different formats is extremely helpful (especially if the data needs to be reformatted or manipulated in someway), and the ability to use/customize merge fields and blobs has been so helpful in crafting our violation and decision letters. What do you dislike about Smartwebs?

The system is robust - which is what you'd want. Training will be required to get the most out of the software and you may need to modify certain aspects of the software (or manipulate them) to better utilize certain aspects. However, for an "off the shelf" platform, you sacrifce the ability to make certain customizations specific to your individual use. However, the company is extremely receptive to feedback and regularly provides new versions/updates to address client feedback - which we are thankful for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Smartwebs?
