The best part of Smartsupp is without any doubt a pretty straight-forward UI - you can set everything up easily and quickly. Starting with app appearance, all the shortcuts, chatbots, opening hours. You do not need any IT guys to set this up for you. I use this app every day and it makes comminucation with my customers a piece of cake. Auch gefällt mir die problemlose Integration und Implemation auf der Website und die angebotenen Apps für Android und iOS. Der Support von Smartsupp ist auch klasse und reagiert schnell auf Anfragen und zeigt gute Lösungsansätze auf. Wir haben heute schon sehr intensiv die Funktionen genutzt und sind begeistert von der Möglichkeit der automatisierten Antworten, aber auch die Möglichkeit Live mit den Kunden zu chatten oder Leads zu generieren. zatím nemám co vytknout, možná bych ocenil do budoucna zapracovat více AI funkcí, bota, který si do paměti nasosá obsah celého webu a bude odpovídat sám na některé dotazy, až když nebude vědět, přepojí se na operátora. We've been using the app for a 2 weeks now and are very enthousiastic about it! Instalacja Smartsupp jest prosta, a funkcje intuicyjne. Chatbot pozwala na szybkie przekazanie klientowi informacji na dowolny temat.
