It is in Spanish. It is easy to set up and works very well to establish contact with the customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far everything has been good and interesting. Suddenly, when I am about to subscribe, now they only offer limited conversations and as they increase, the costs go up and up, making it inaccessible and also unaffordable. To top it off, the bots are limited, so much so that it's better not to configure them. Also the automatic responses. I feel it stopped being convenient. Many people come in and ask silly questions and all those count as conversations. It doesn't justify the real conversations or those that leave a real client, for the cost it has. To top it off, they promised me 1 month free and they haven't given me anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
