I have been impressed with our Buyer and Customer journey with SmartBug. From the initial sales point through signing the contract through implementing our plan, I have been truly "delighted" with the entire process. While not a dislike or a downside...I will share that SmartBug comes in at the higher end of the cost spectrum for these types of services. That said, it is inarguably true that you get what you pay for in terms of agency support, so any concerns over cost should be considered against the lesser product/services available from others with a lower-buy in. What I really love about SmartBug Media is that I used to be a Senior Marketing Strategist for nearly 4 years at the company and understand the innerworkings and work ethic. I wouldn't say there are any downsides to working with SmartBug. We've been working with them for many years now, and as with any agency, some of the team members who support us have changed over that time. Getting new people on the team fully up-to-speed with our projects has been challenging at times, but things have always worked out and I've always felt like we've had full support from SmartBug's leadership when navigating those situations.
