I had a horrible experience with Smallpdf. The company seems to be a complete fraud. Even after canceling my subscription, I was still charged. The customer service was extremely rude and unable to resolve the issue, particularly the representatives Michelle and Shannen, who were very unhelpful. Although this tool supports converting a PDF file into various other file formats, I've noticed that the formatting sometimes becomes improper when converting into a Word file. Additionally, while it can convert PDF files to many other file types, it lacks the capability to convert other file formats back to PDF, which I find limiting when using this software.
