What do you like best about Smallpdf?

When you need to compress a PDF or convert any doc to PDF quickly, SmallPDF comes in handy. Smaller editions can be done on PDFs, like whitelisting certain text. It's an excellent tool for e-sign, Merging pdf etc. All this without losing the original quality of the PDF Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smallpdf?

More editing features can be added, such as editing specific text in the original format without losing the originality of the document, multiple signature templates, and support for various versions of pdfs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Smallpdf solving and how is that benefiting you?

In Project Management, multiple documents are expected, and sharing word documents is tedious as the format changes as per machine. It's effortless with SmallPDF to convert any document into pdf without any errors. Also, E-signing makes it easier to sign any document online without waiting for the hard copy to sight. What do you like best about Smallpdf?

What I like the best about Small PDF are all the features this tool provides even if you are in the free version. You can compress PDF files without losing the quality of the document and this will allow you to send any document you want via email or even WhatsApp. Also, the function of converting a PDF to word has helped me a lot when I needed to modify a PDF document. What I dislike about Small PDF is that you can only modify one document each day if you are in the free version. This can be a bit annoying if you have multiple documents you need to modify. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Smallpdf solving and how is that benefiting you?

Small PDF and all its functions have helped me a lot in solving the problem I had when sending large documents using the PDF compressor. Having the ability to modify the PDF documents before sending them has helped me a lot when checking for errors in the documents. Small PDF has a lot of other functions that I haven't used and I know for a fact that when the time comes I have at my disposal all these functions that Small PDF has to offer that will help me with my documents.
