The user interface and experience are very easy to learn and to use. The way the system works is perfect for how my business operates. I am able to see the results of the filters to verify if the companies and contacts match my expectations before I download or export the information in campaigns or enrichment. I love how 6Sense provides you both detailed account and prospect level information, which helps to prioritize your prospecting in terms of who to go after. It also integrates into Salesforce, which makes it easy to get a complete picture of an account or prospect in terms of their past engagement with your business or related topics. I have now been a user of 6sense Revenue AI for Sales for over 6 months and I can guarantee your Sales Superpowers will be taken to the next level. The 6sense capabilities are easy to setup, provide frequent email updates prompting the user to check out new accounts, new buying intents, all to enable you to be a SuperHero in Sales. I personally have opened up 3 new sizable deals due to the intent data in the past month. I continue to find 6sense a part of my daily prospecting and client management routines. The most helpful thing about 6 sense is the ability to see into the frequency and keywords that your target customer may be looking at. It allows you to see which accounts are hot, warm, or cold, so you can prioritize your outreach efforts. At times, you might even get some keywords that are frequently being searched so you can craft better messaging. Sometimes it will also make recommendations on who to reach out to based on hierarchy, and it integrates well with LI. For very large organizations (Fortune 500), it can be very difficult to pin point who to go after by location. Those accounts keep coming up as hot because of the number of employees they have. If you sell a popular SaaS product, it can be difficult to distiquin between personal users who are visiting your website or downloading, vs a larger corporate need. I like the mapping of Hubspot's properties within the 6Sense dashboards that helps me segment my lists quite well. The enrichment is also quite seamless and leaves little to be desired in the onboarding & day-to-day usage. As a Commercial Account Executive, I really appreciate 6sense Revenue AI. The dashboard provides accurate, real-time information that allows me to target the right companies and prospects who have shown interest in our solution. One downside I've encountered with 6sense Revenue AI is that some irrelevant companies appear on the dashboard, taking up a lot of space across multiple pages. This can be frustrating as it clutters the interface and makes it harder to focus on the most relevant prospects. Unfortunately, there's no easy way to filter them out, which can be a bit time-consuming and inefficient. The highlights tab and the suggested people to reach out to aren't helpful for me. The way I understand it, much of these suggestions are based on our own data quality from our CRM, so not necessarily the fault of 6sense. I find that sometimes the people with the highest engagement scores are the people that we JUST met with. Based on our organization and processes, this feature isn't helpful. I am able to access 6sense insights within the platforms and systems that I use every day, due to the native integration with SFDC. I would classify its algorithms as "optimistic". By this I mean that what they present as "predictive" is not, as a casual viewer might assume, predictive of the specific company that you are looking into. Their models simply say that other companies with similar qualities have taken this action in the past - not that there is special insight about the particular company in question that indicates likelihood to buy. What I find most helpful within 6sense Revenue AI for Sales is the amount of data that 6sense gives you. There are so many actionable insights that have created and maintained pipeline for us. 6sense was great to work with when implementing the product as well, I enjoy working with the customer support and find that they are quick to respond. 6sense also integrates with a lot of sales tools which helps for a seamless workflow. I found 6sense helpful to start and end my day with to understand and get a few targets for the day to reach out to with a bit more of a warm introduction rather than cold outreach.
