Top Rated SlashID Alternatives
SlashID has saved us hundreds of developer and customer support hours thanks to their flexible approach to identity migration which was a big headache for us as we had an home-grown solution before. We managed to migrate without resetting user sessions and and without any increase in customer support tickets.
Their authentication analytics helped us optimize our user sign-up flow and reduced login friction for many of our high-value users who struggled to access their accounts before we migrated to SlashID.
SlashID also gives us more peace of mind because of their focus on security and auditable user impersonation for our customer support representatives which is key in healthcare.
We have found their built-in fraud detection module to also help us keep fraudulent activity under control without deploying reCAPTCHA.
We looked at other solutions in the market and SlashID stood out for functionality and price compared to 5 other solutions we evaluated. Definitely recommend them! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their dashboard doesn't yet have all the functionality supported by their APIs so our developers sometimes need to use the APIs to add integrations or change configuration settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was on the hunt for a solution to lock down our documentation site (produced with Docusaurus) to early test users. SlashID's blog post on the subject and detailed integration documentation perfectly met the requirements and was dead-easy to setup.
After setting up the SlashID organization, I found the console administration to be simple-to-use and powerful.
Perhaps the most positive experience was interacting with SlashID's team. When I reached out about solving a new technical problem, Ben from SlashID quickly pulled in Vincenzo, the co-founder and CEO to the meeting. Vincenzo was clearly understood the technology deeply and outlined multiple solutions to the problem and miscellaneous questions I posed.
From there, we set up a joint communications channel, where other technical members of the SlashID team quickly linked relevant documentation pages and even wrote code snippets to achieve the desired goal.
I can't recommend SlashID more highly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not a critical feature, but supporting more webhook functionality via the console (no-code) would be helpful, for example: e-mailing on new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The product operates very quickly, is highly reliable, and is logically structured in terms of security architecture and user pathways. I would also like to commend the SlashID team for their exceptional support during our integration process. They assisted us thoroughly from both our side and their side. They went above and beyond in their efforts, making the entire interaction during the integration phase feel as though the SlashID team were actually our colleagues working with us. Their full engagement and willingness to do more than what was asked of them is truly impressive. The team at SlashID are outstanding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Even though documentation has all the details, it might be more intuitive for non-tech people. Anyway, that's not a problem at all :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
