The integration with QuickBooks is seamless, helping users avoid paying the astronomical Intuit processing fees. Implememtation was almost seamless, as an older small business owner, fear of a system change is real! This was just about painless.

I like how the payment system creates a user portal for my clients to review transactions and make payments. I have clients with both multiple unique and recurring invoices and they can look at their payment history with just a few clicks. They essentially see what I see on my side with QBO.

They remedied my minor problem with invoice numbers on reccuring transactions being out of sequence in about 5 minutes- their back end solutions are quick a almost seamless.
