What do you like best about Skyline Payments?

I appreciate Skyline Payments for its easy-to-use functionality and the seamless integration with Sage 50, which allows us to send out invoices and accept credit card payments without reinventing the wheel. The integration also helps us maintain PCI compliance and prevents fraud on our website. The people at Skyline are great, especially John Montuya, who was patient during our IT setup across multiple computers. I have faith in the IT support Skyline offers, and it was comforting to have their team coordinate the setup and get us up and running smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Skyline Payments?

I have an issue with the time on my PC that if it is off then the invoice cannot be opened on my computer. This is not a Skyline issue, but an issue with my own computer. What do you like best about Skyline Payments?

I like the feature that allows the client to select the type of payment and automatically add the credit card fee. Also that I can send a receipt right on the spot if they prefer to do a phone payment and that client can decide if they want to save a card number for future use. What do you like best about Skyline Payments?

Skyline was the only company willing to create customized reporting which was the main criteria for any creditcard processor we switched to. They created an awesome reporting system for us. It is the first company we have used that syncs to SAGE50 US, which has been a real time saver. Their customer support is extremely responsive which makes life so much easier. What do you dislike about Skyline Payments?

What do you like best about Skyline Payments?

Customer Service Rep Daylen Cocosa is outstanding. In the past, we had a lot of syncing issues with QuickBooks and never really understood why. Daylen took the time to explain what was causing the problem, walked us through how to fix it on our end, and continues to provide superb help whenever we can’t resolve the issue ourselves. What do you like best about Skyline Payments?

What do you like best about Skyline Payments?

The suppport team there is great. We've had some very minor issues, as we are using a very old ERP system. They've been very proactive, even writing new code to support some of the issues that came up because of our old system. Very happy with the system itself, but you know any system is only as good as its support- - and they are very responsive, get any small issues that have come up solved quickly - and great follow up. What do you dislike about Skyline Payments?

Nothing really. It has taken a little time to get customers to adjust to this new payment system - but most really like it. They get to log into their own secure portal and see details themselves and take control of their own account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Skyline Payments?

I like the solutions Skyline Payments offers us. The integration to our billing and accounting program (QBO) makes it very convenient for our Accounting Team and for our Customers. Additionally, the notices and self service options it offers; allows us to provide to our customers convenient ways to pay their bills which has decreased our DSO and increase our cash inflows. Of course, the functionality is just one aspect of the broad solutions Skyline Payments offers. What I love about it is the quality of the Customer Services they provide. Our Rep is the BEST in the business. She makes sure to understand our issues and works with her team of developers or co-workers to ensure we get the tools and resources we need to improve our operations. What do you dislike about Skyline Payments?

I would not say I dislike much about Skyline Payments but I would like to see better reports such as when and which invoices were sent out on any given day. There are certain analytics or reporting tools that would be very helpful to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Skyline Payments?

As I use Skyline everyday I can say that I love the versatility of being able to send customers their invoices in different ways and the options I am able to give them such as autopayment schedules, etc. I also like that the customer can pay using different methods that is easy to and safe. Skyline syncs seemlessly with my system and I have the ability to manually update it if I need to. In the rare instance that I have needed to contact Customer Service, I can only say that the service is impeccable! They are fast, efficient and thurough.
