Skilljar’s ease of use for both administrators and students. Creating and publishing courses is straightforward. The platform can be white-labeled to have the same look and feel like your company branding. Through the APIs, you can integrate with other systems like a CRM, advocacy platform, and your product. SSO is available to provide a seamless experience. Skilljar listens to their customers' needs and constantly enhances their product based on feedback, as well as the evolving customer education landscape. Skilljar’s Support & Customer Success teams really get to know their customers and go above and beyond to help.
Over the last year, Skilljar has added many robust features and functionality around learning paths, plans, pages, audit logs... the list of unique new features grows each month! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Having more controls and options for admin privileges would be a bonus, especially if you have a large team maintaining Skilljar; however, Skilljar is releasing additional admin dashboard privileges soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The leap forward in customer training that Skilljar allowed was customizing the interface for our users. The API connections pull data for each user, so we can send them to the right landing page, and the most appropriate training will be highlighted on those pages. This wasn't possible with our previous system, and our customers are already commenting on this six weeks into our use. The UX is also very intuitive, and the implementation team helped us customize it to exactly how we need it. It gets our customers to the right training faster. The thing I would most love to see added to the platform is a role that allows customer admins to assign their teams training without needing to be admins in the full system. That would be very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that how user friendly Skilljar is. It's easy to dive right in and starte creating content for your users. I truly appreciated my Customer Implementation Manager, Hannah A, being a true partner while I was navigating setup and implemntation.
Hannah was a great communicator and was happy to meet me and respect my prefrences (allowed me to screenshare and aske questions over zoom and answered questions in real time and was also happy to provide support over email if requested). She anticiapted needs and was always down to brainstorm and problem solve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hummm, I would have to get back to you on this. Nothing really comes to mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Kerynn was amazing to work with! Our team working on the Partner Academy is very small. Kerynn was very insightful throughout the onboarding process. She answered our team's questions on the call, pointed out areas we should focus on, and always provided great assurance to our team during the building phase. The platform itself is straightforward to pick up on, and the engagement with our partners is very high. I'm happy to say that we launched on time and are looking forward to seeing what else we're able to build out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I couldn't find anything to dislike at this point. We were late in discovering all the HTML layouts for customization, but we were too focused on the launch to make any significant improvements. It's definitely opening up new opportunities for us, and we're excited to learn more and collaborate with your post-launch team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Skilljar has a flexible approach to its use and branding. We created an entire experience for our customer base, not only for education, but that integrates seamlessly into all of our other platforms. While we had a heavy implementation ask, the implementation team guided us every step of the way. Their customer service and communication were instrumental to our tight timeline. The authoring tool doesn't meet our needs; however, I'd be surprised if that's not a localized problem. Fortunately, Articulate integrates well, and we were able to keep our existing content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My experience with my Implementation Manager Logan couldn't be better. He was readily available whenever I needed help and offered super useful tips and guidance throughout the process. Having this kind of dedicated support made the transition to Skilljar easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Creating courses is easy but getting the website to look the way you want less so. At the end of the day, it's not a complete content CMS. You'll be fine as long as you have the ability to code or have resources to help you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think Skilljar is a great tool for companies. i use it a couple of times a week to learn about our product and its great that you can see your progress easily and it very clear and easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
dont have anything negative about it as of now Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ease of use for implementing reduced the amount of resources we had to allocate to this project. This platform is used daily by our end users and well as our internal employees. During implementation any time we needed support or hit a roadblock the Skilljar team was there to help us overcome it. Their new AI features will make content creation much easier and I really love their integration with our CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Less features for internal enablement use cases, though good enough if you're looking for a single platform for both internal and external. Would love to see features that allow us to assign reviewers as part of assignments/courses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I recently started using Skilljar and I am blown away by how easy it is to use! The platform is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive, making it a breeze to navigate and customize. If don't have much experience with HTML or CSS, no worries! Skilljar provides pre-made code snippets that you can easily plug in to customize your platform.
But what really sets Skilljar apart is their amazing customer service. Whenever I've had a question or issue, their support team has been quick to respond and incredibly helpful. It's clear that they truly care about their customers and are dedicated to providing the best possible experience.
Overall, I highly recommend Skilljar to anyone looking for a powerful, easy-to-use LMS with top-notch customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I recently used Skilljar and while I found it to be a useful platform for e-learning, I was disappointed with the lack of SCORM analytics. Specifically, I wish there was more visibility into user interaction within each SCORM file. With more analytics, I believe Skilljar would be even more valuable for tracking learner progress and improving course content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how intuitive it was to figure out. There is a bevvy of documentation for just about everything you could think of. For the concepts that are a bit more confusing, the support staff has been very attentive to our company needs. I use the platform very frequently and have become very familiar with the many features that are offered. I also want to point out that it was very easy to integrate our own services, such as single sign on, to create a seamless user experience. Implementation of our own CSS was very easy as well. The main thing I didn't like, from a developers perspective, was that there isn't much documentation on each individual page you may encounter when implementing your CSS and styling rules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- intuitve UI/UX
- great API docs
- super easy to integrate with Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only knock is that when our customers & partners complete a certification, the certificate they earn doesn't populate into the automatic LinkedIn post because LinkedIn doesn't support PDF files in posts - perhaps this is more of a knock on LinkedIn :-) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
