What do you like best about Skilljar Customer Education Platform?

We migrated from another LMS to Skilljar. The Implementation team made the entire migration process very simple and straightforward. Within a few days, our entire team was proficient using Skilljar - the dashboard is clean and intuitive. The Skilljar Academy provided all of the training we needed to get started.

We received great support throughout the entire implementation process, and good advice to steer us in the right direction with our new customer education site.

Now that we are live, we've received very positive feedback from our learners. They report that the interface is clean and easy to navigate, content is easy to find, and they are very happy with the new experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Skilljar Customer Education Platform?

Skilljar is designed primarily as a customer education platform, but we use it for both customer education and internal training. There are a few limitations when it comes to managing internal training. Our previous LMS supported the use of due dates, reporting on overdue training, and manager notifications. We have found workarounds for each of these gaps, but it would be nice to see a self-serve reporting option, where we could tailor our own reports or analytics. What do you like best about Skilljar Customer Education Platform?

The leap forward in customer training that Skilljar allowed was customizing the interface for our users. The API connections pull data for each user, so we can send them to the right landing page, and the most appropriate training will be highlighted on those pages. This wasn't possible with our previous system, and our customers are already commenting on this six weeks into our use. The UX is also very intuitive, and the implementation team helped us customize it to exactly how we need it. It gets our customers to the right training faster. What do you dislike about Skilljar Customer Education Platform?

The thing I would most love to see added to the platform is a role that allows customer admins to assign their teams training without needing to be admins in the full system. That would be very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Skilljar is helping us get the right training to the right people in a more efficient way than we've ever been able to do it before. The catalog pages and learning paths make it very easy for our internal teams and customers to find exactly what they need. What do you like best about Skilljar Customer Education Platform?

I love that how user friendly Skilljar is. It's easy to dive right in and starte creating content for your users. I truly appreciated my Customer Implementation Manager, Hannah A, being a true partner while I was navigating setup and implemntation.

Hannah was a great communicator and was happy to meet me and respect my prefrences (allowed me to screenshare and aske questions over zoom and answered questions in real time and was also happy to provide support over email if requested). What do you like best about Skilljar Customer Education Platform?

Kerynn was amazing to work with! Our team working on the Partner Academy is very small. Kerynn was very insightful throughout the onboarding process. She answered our team's questions on the call, pointed out areas we should focus on, and always provided great assurance to our team during the building phase. The platform itself is straightforward to pick up on, and the engagement with our partners is very high. I couldn't find anything to dislike at this point. We were late in discovering all the HTML layouts for customization, but we were too focused on the launch to make any significant improvements. Skilljar has a flexible approach to its use and branding. We created an entire experience for our customer base, not only for education, but that integrates seamlessly into all of our other platforms. While we had a heavy implementation ask, the implementation team guided us every step of the way. Their customer service and communication were instrumental to our tight timeline. What do you like best about Skilljar Customer Education Platform?

The ease of use for implementing reduced the amount of resources we had to allocate to this project. This platform is used daily by our end users and well as our internal employees. During implementation any time we needed support or hit a roadblock the Skilljar team was there to help us overcome it. What do you like best about Skilljar Customer Education Platform?

I recently started using Skilljar and I am blown away by how easy it is to use! The platform is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive, making it a breeze to navigate and customize. If don't have much experience with HTML or CSS, no worries! Skilljar provides pre-made code snippets that you can easily plug in to customize your platform.

But what really sets Skilljar apart is their amazing customer service. Whenever I've had a question or issue, their support team has been quick to respond and incredibly helpful. It's clear that they truly care about their customers and are dedicated to providing the best possible experience.

I recently used Skilljar and while I found it to be a useful platform for e-learning, I was disappointed with the lack of SCORM analytics. Specifically, I wish there was more visibility into user interaction within each SCORM file. What do you like best about Skilljar Customer Education Platform?

I like how intuitive it was to figure out. There is a bevvy of documentation for just about everything you could think of. For the concepts that are a bit more confusing, the support staff has been very attentive to our company needs. I use the platform very frequently and have become very familiar with the many features that are offered. I also want to point out that it was very easy to integrate our own services, such as single sign on, to create a seamless user experience. Implementation of our own CSS was very easy as well. Yeah so we are a small company and we rely heavily on sales from customer education. With a team of five developers and 4 web applications (including our Skilljar LMS), we found Skilljar empowered us to do much more with a lot less resources. Educating our internal employees, partners, and customers. We have tons of great content and certification programs. Skilljar - in conjunction with our software - enables our customers and partners to really master their BillingPlaform skills. Users are guided through step-by-step instructions in Skilljar to build out use cases in our software; when users finish the module, they verify their work via a widget within our software which runs checks; when successfully completed, our software calls out into Skilljar to unlock subsequent modules.
