Its simple, it can do more than i need, its has a depth that im not using but doesnt cover that depth in complexity which is odd in a good way. Its save me a lot of time allowing people to book their own clinics rather than me doing it for them. I like that it charges people too for me. its a really good product im glad i am using it. The price. Who doesnt ike something that one extra £ cheaper. Its fairly expensive, but it does exactly what it should do and more. So while its expensive its still valuable and value is not price, so its worth it. But dont put the price up when i renew. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Extremely easy to use.
Comms from their sales and support teams come in the form of recorded videos which is super practical and goes beyond just reading an email.
Implementation is largely done by their team - they do all the heavy lifting.

Our company is based in New Zealand and we don't believe it integrates with our accounting software which would be a great additional, however this is the case with every reservation software we've encountered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The system is easy to use and the onboarding process with Justin has been outstanding - I asked lots of questions (!!) some of which were probably silly, but Justin was always on hand to answer and never made me feel like I was being a nuisance. I feel lucky that we had Justin helping us along the way. The system was very easy to set up, and our members are finding it incredibly easy to navigate. Skedda is extremely user friendly, which made it easy for all employees to reserve workspaces. I also really appreciate the tags and reporting features that Skedda offers. I was able to easily limit access to certain spaces and send usage reports to our CEO. Additionally, the support team was very responsive to any support inquiries. I really don't have anything negative to say about Skedda. The product is wonderful and I would recommend it to any company looking for a better way to manage their workspace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Easy to manage when it comes to configurations for admin to meet different requirements for separate areas on the maps.
2. Straightforward documentation/instructions for admin/normal users.
3. Unlimited map updates (we use this a lot and the design team always responds in no more than 2 days)
4. Customer service team is amazing. This includes the account manager, onboarding, design team and the online chat.

1. No bulk edit function in user tags yet
(we use this for office hot desking and have different configurations applied to users/areas, when it comes to users moving across different teams it's pain to me because I can only manually update them one by one.)
2. Booking duration for half day/full day is not available
(it'd save lots of team to just toggle to booking duration half/full day instead of specifying start/finish hour since it's internal use for our office)
3. User tag integration with AD didn't work when we integrated, even if it did it worked only for the first time when the users log in. It'd be wonderful if the system can update the tag based on AD info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing! It is easy to use, the implementation was straight forward, Sam Smith provided excellent customer service, and so far we have had no issues in using the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Skedda is a great system - I think that's a given, however the distinction between a great product and a great experience is always customer service, and in this regard Sam Smith is likely one of Skedda's biggest assets. He is thorough, actually listens and ensures he understands what is being asked before jumping in with a response and his friendly efficiency ensures I will continue to use the service, as long as he is on board.
I would highly reccommend that he is put in a position to train other customer service team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We've had a few hiccups with the use of Skedda so far, and as mentioned before these have all been able to be rectified due to Sam's support.

Its visual maps and the way with which to use it needs very little training, relative ease of implementation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- The inability to load in bookings en masse
- The timings of booking do not match what we need, the 15 minutes blocks are not what we need this should be able to be managed on a minute by minute basis
- Approval system is needed for certain spaces

I like the interface for the Administrator console as well as the Map for the users to book desks. Eas of intergration with our SSO was also a success out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Would lack the SCIM features to automatically remove users from the console when they are removed from AD. This is a feature that the SKEDDA team will be working on. However, this would be a great feature and cut down on Admin time to remove users from both AD and then SKEDDA console. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
