When setting up Skedda for this company, it seemed overwhelming - with three offices and over 100 employees. With Justin's superb help, this task became far easier than I could've imagined. He was always incredibly responsive to any questions I might have, and always there to jump on a call if necessary. The system itself is very easy to understand, as well as being comprehensive in its nature. Almost all our demands were answered with a 'yes' - and if they weren't, Justin assured me that it was something they were looking to improve in the future. We recently implemented Skedda at our new office and love the visibility it provides our employees. It gives them the flexibility to reserve their space, make adjustments, and track their in-office days. The program is very user-friendly, simple and easy to troubleshoot should any issues arise. We are so incredibly thankful that Patrick Cassidy was able to help us through the setup, rollout and getting our SSO to work correctly. He was notoriously quick to respond, always willing to jump on a call and helped us work through the IT issues we experienced that stemmed from our internal/backend settings. He managed to determine the problem and find us several workarounds to make the program work as intended. The platform is very easy to use and was easy to implement.
Skedda provides open access to the features it has recently brought to the system via its updates section which provides confidence that the software is going to be continually developed in the future and isn't going to be left behind by competitors.
There are multiple different views for admin & users. Admin may prefer looking at the full days activities, whereas users only want to know their own activity.

The lack of a digital signage solution that works for multiple spaces such as those used at receptions.
Things that arent physical spaces are booked out as individual spaces, thus potentially taking up lots of spaces from the licence package. For instance we have 20 devices (Laptops, iPads etc) which are booked out by our users, but this would mean 20 spaces in current licencing and would be quite costly to put on skedda. It would be better to have each type of device (a Laptop) as taking up a licence and then the number is not featured as part of the licence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One area that could use some improvement is the handling of space map updates. If you’ve made several requests in a short period, it seems that different versions of the space maps can still exist in the back end, even when the customer no longer has visibility of them on the platform. This can sometimes lead to confusion, where a technician might accidentally work on an outdated version.
I hope Skedda can introduce a way to name and track the different versions, particularly those that are no longer visible to the customer but still active in the back end. This would help prevent any mix-ups and ensure smoother updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have never worked with a more efficient company. The easy access to the team, overnight fixes and quick responses has been so wonderful.

The ease of use makes it easy to use every day. Costumer service is top of the line. Their timely response puts my mind at ease when I encounter issues. The turnaround for implementation was almost immeddiate and the quick training videos made it easy to use. Using Skedda's integration with Outlook calendars can be a bit troublesome at times. You are not allowed to double book, and your reservation will be marked as "busy". This is troublesome if your phone calls are going through the Teams application since the phone notification will not ring if your status is "busy". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the things we like the most about Skedda is the modern interface, the possibility to show a map view of our facilities (highly appreciated by both staff and users), and the fantastic customer service! It's literally the best customer service I've ever experienced—if I've had any questions about setup or features available in Skedda, our onboarding manager Patrick has answered my emails within minutes, many times even recording helpful video clips to show something! I would say we are definitely mostly happy with the product, but of course there are always small things that could be improved. From a UX perspective, we would love for certain aspects of the booking availability (like when bookings are not allowed more than 14 days in advance) to be disabled upfront instead of showing an error message after the user tries to book something that is not allowed—but the Skedda team is also very responsive to feedback and ideas, and passes feature requests on for future consideration, so hopefully things like this will be fixed in the future👍 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Skedda is great because all team members can access it via Microsoft Teams. We use Teams a lot, but it is just another app on the left hand side meaning it is accessible. We have floor plans of both of our offices, plus our main office's car park. So it is helpful not for just booking meeting rooms and carparks, but to newbies who are struggling to remember who sits where. We also find it awesome for hot desks or desks belonging to people who don't work full-time, it means we can fully use our office resources. The support from Sam and Emmalia has been great! Skedda does have limitations on bookable spaces, admin users, floor plans. We initially weren't keen on incurring too much cost, but the adoption has been great and we have jumped up to the Premier plan now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Skedda is a very user friendly product. Our employees had no issues learning how to use the application. It integrates well with MS Teams which is our primary collaboration software but is not limited to Teams which is helpful. Its simple, it can do more than i need, its has a depth that im not using but doesnt cover that depth in complexity which is odd in a good way. Its save me a lot of time allowing people to book their own clinics rather than me doing it for them. I like that it charges people too for me. its a really good product im glad i am using it. The price. Who doesnt ike something that one extra £ cheaper. Its fairly expensive, but it does exactly what it should do and more. So while its expensive its still valuable and value is not price, so its worth it. But dont put the price up when i renew. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
