They do a good job getting reviews. The email reminders do a good job of pushing people to leave a review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It doesn't link into Google. I wish it would bring the reviews I get on site jabber to Google my business Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sitejabber?

Sitejabber has a great dashboard, even for the lowest price point. It helped us build much-needed reviews for our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sitejabber?

The only problem we ever had with Sitejabber was replying to our reviews. However, we talked to our site jabber rep and they assisted quickly and we were finally able to reply to our reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sitejabber solving and how is that benefiting you?

Because Google business has been troublesome, we had lost a lot of our reviews after switching domains. Sitejabber helped us rebuild our reviews which also drove up sales! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
