What do you like best about Sitejabber?

Sitejabber makes it extremely easy to collect and display reviews from my customers. I also love how easy it is to respond to reviews and thank customers for their feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sitejabber?

I'd love to see more free features, to be able to link Sitejabber to my Facebook page, and to be able to display a carousel of reviews on my website. As a very small business, I just can't afford the extra cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sitejabber solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've been able to build confidence and develop a deeper rapport with customers by collecting reviews and linking Sitejabber to my website. I've seen an increase in sales every time I receive new reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The limitations restricting businesses to fully complete their profile is a ball changer. We understand that the development of the site must have cost a fortune, yet it's us the business owners driving our users/clients to the platform to encourage a written review of "our" performance and service delivery not the other way around. Sitejabber is an excellent tool for any business regardless of the industry, it gives site owners back control over their online presence by having users express their true experience with products & services be it positive or negative.

Difficult review verification, fake reviews do not pass, you can not buy reviews, only real reviews from real people are posted Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use sitejabber for our website https://www.hostmines.com to collect reviews from our customers.
