The barrier for customer reviews, while easier in my experience to circumvent now, is only truly easy when directly soliciting reviews. Our star-rating never seems to move, no matter how many 5-stars we get. But a low-rating immediately drops it. The dispute system is also frustrating because there's no recourse if the person "verifies" their rating. We have people leaving untrue reviews that we are stuck with.
