What I like best about Sirion CLM is its strong obligation management capability, which goes beyond basic tracking and enables meaningful governance of contractual commitments at scale.
The platform’s AI features are increasingly practical and add real value in areas like clause extraction and contract intelligence. It is also well-suited for complex, enterprise implementations, given its flexibility and integration readiness. From an implementation partner standpoint, the collaborative approach of Sirion’s teams - across sales, product, and customer success - makes a noticeable difference in driving successful outcomes. Overall, it strikes a good balance between depth, innovation, and partnership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Sirion CLM is a strong platform overall, there are areas that could be improved. Given its depth and flexibility, initial configuration and implementation can be complex, especially for organizations with less mature contracting processes. The user experience in certain modules could be more intuitive, particularly for occasional business users. That said, Sirion’s product and customer success teams are generally responsive and open to feedback, and we have seen the product maturing over time with feedback.
