I am using this product since starting of this year and its good. We are liking the innovative interface and ease to use this software for creating templates and managing contracts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it cause trouble while using but otherwise there is no other issue. I like this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
• Being able to auto-extract contract clauses in various languages using AI, populating of meta-data directly into Sirion, which can be used for reporting.
• User-friendly Dashboard creation and reporting and customizing the views on the user level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
• Not being able to migrate a subfolder contract to another contract on the same supplier. That requires deletion of the folder and recreate the folder under the new contract.
• The contracts cannot be arranged chronologically; all new contracts created are going down in the hierarchy, even if maybe the contracts are older. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With Sirion I get better control over my contract with the customer. Me and my team know exactly what deliverables we have and when we need to deliver them. We have also improved our SLA review process as well as onboarded other processes like Risk Management and perception reviews.

It took a bit long to get the whole team on our side understanding the importance of Sirion as well as it took a bit long to go from the initial setup until the state on when we actually take value out of the tool.

As a contract manager, I like the feature that allows me to view the full scope of upcoming and outstanding deliverables for every contract. All that information is readily available, and I can drill down to the specific deliverable and check with stakeholders on its status without ever leaving the tool to communicate directly to each person. The tool provides some tremendous operational dashboard reporting; the tool could have more robust senior-level dashboard reporting or perhaps some direct integration with Power BI or a similar tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For me the most important and useful SirionLabs features were flexibility, adaptation, ability to optimize and automate business processes as well as great reporting options e.g. quick dashboards that save time. The best thing was working with a team of great experts and professionals who are always ready to provide the support and guide us thru the changes to design the modules that fit out business needs. The ability to manage all the contract obligations in one place and in easy way, the felixibility of the tool is a big plus, also great customer support - SirionLabs has been a great partner for us during and post implementation. The support team has been responsive and never kept us waiting on our support requests. With such a complex implementation spanning users from various departments, we constantly relied on the SirionLabs team to help resolve teething issues. The robust escalation matrix with the top management also getting involved wherever needed and the commitment they showed towards solving all our issues as quickly as possible has been one of the main reasons in making this project a success for us. It is a very effective centralized means to manage the overall life cycle of multiple contracts. Contract amendments, renewals, and steady-state deliverables can be tracked in detail, eliminating gaps. • Transparency on obligations and obligation management across our strategic supplier base.
• Ability to check invoice against pricing, consumption, with system calculated discrepancy amounts.
• Tracking governance body meetings, related actions, and issues for resolution.
