What do you like best about Simpo?

Simpo's tools can be customised to suit a range of applications, from support to onboarding. Deeplinking to automations and walkthroughs has allowed us to allow new and trial users to demo elements of our products - and key workflows - without a lot of developer time, in turn allowing us to be more iterative and agile. What do you dislike about Simpo?

Lack of server-side segment integration, relying on front-end parameters can complicate development work and leads to less-than-ideal workarounds. This has also meant that we're unable to make as wide a use of Simpo as we would like in comparison to a product like Braze. In addition, the inability to construct automated actions ourselves has prevented us from iterating upon our use of them - the walkthroughs, however, are superb. What problems is Simpo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our primary KPI for Simpo was reducing the number of tickets being sent to our support desk (which it has achieved without a doubt), but as the feature suite has developed we have started using it to streamline product onboarding for new users as well as marketing new features. What do you like best about Simpo?

We like being able to create an announcement with our release notes for all users. The Simpo guys created a way for us to import our Atlassian help into their product. (Plus we can create articles within Simpo.) Searching via Simpo within our own software is great. What do you like best about Simpo?

The ability to pop in-app walkthroughs, surveys, and announcements are amazing. Our customers never have to leave our environment to get updates and access support information from our help center all in-app with Simpo. What do you dislike about Simpo?

Personally, I find the process of creating walkthroughs very complicated. There is a learning curve if you are not familiar with javascript. Because of this, few people in our organization have access to Simpo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simpo helps us to understand what our customers are asking questions about. Simpo's in-app search functionality shows us what customers are frequently searching allowing us to create more documentation around those searches and make sure our documentation is clear. What do you like best about Simpo?
