- The tool is very easy to train leadership and managers on and provides a simple experience without overwhelming them. We received extremely positive feedback on the ease of use of the software for our end users.
- Their Customer Service is outstanding. Whenever we ran into issues with our data or had questions, their responses were quick and throrough. The training team was also amazing and super helpful.

- This is an evolving platform and their Support Team is very communicative on what they are working to improve and where the tool is going. There can be improvements in the areas of data imports and exports to make it easier and more customizeable. It can be intimidating at first but does not take long to get the hang of.

My company had a great experience with the simply merit system and team!
We have just under 2,000 employees and was nervous about how we were going to navigate our first merit planning tool. The Simply Merit customer service team was amazing! SimplyMerit allows you to configure the comp cycle truly to your organization's needs, in a short amount of time, and has the nimbleness of mid cycle changes. Such an easy implementation as well, and great support team. It also could account for our different types of changes, bonus, and equity. Simply Merit covers the vast majority of scenarios that most organizations utilize. It includes Merit, Promotions, Equity and lump sum payments. This system was able to handle 99% of our requirements and our managers found it very easy to use. The support team including Neil and Stacy were always very helpful and responsive. My biggest critique of Simply Merit is that importing data from ADP into Simply Merit is not as seamless as other systems I've worked with. While you can pull your ADP data into Simply Merit via an import, I would have liked to see this be accomplished through a more hands-off approach such as a overnight file feed. I would also warn users that if you are utilizing ADP fields for purposes other than what those fields were designed for, you may need to make some adjustments to your data before importing into Simply Merit. SimplyMerit helped us get away from managing our merit & bonus cycle on spreadsheets. Having the information laid out for managers to view their entire organizations, with all the data points necessary to make decisions, plus the real time changes and approvals was a big timesaver for us. The configuration and data uploads process was tricky at the start, with not having familiarity of the product and how the data we import would translate into the platform. Ease of use, budget is always displayed, and management can easily see recommendations and make changes throughout the process. I like the ability to process multiple transactions simultaneously, Merit and multiple bonus types. Communicating with employees is easy; using the letter feature for merit and bonus allows the manager to print and present a letter to each employee. The customer support is outstanding!!!
