What do you like best about SimpleTexting?

Reiel was very quick to respond, and though I wasn't the most patient through the process of onboarding from a previous service in a hurry due to the Black Friday / Cyber Monday Sale, my needs were met at light speed! I was up and running within about an hour. The transition was simple & fast, the application process for increasing sending limit was simple & fast, they saved my bum for my BFCM marketing campaign. My previous SMS marketing solution was slow to respond to new regulations and still hasn't verified our company despite years of loyalty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?

I'm fairly certain Reiel doesn't sleep. I'm concerned. He responds and fixes issues so fast, I'm afraid it's at a detriment to his health. He should have a beer on me and take an extra vacation day ASAP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SimpleTexting?

Simple Texting is truly "simple" to use and gives the results that our business needs to deliver on. One of the best parts I have come to know and love is the ability to see link-click analytics! Game changer! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?

I would love it if when you downgrade to another plan, you were able to keep the credits that you had in store. If you have already paid for those credits, those should stay yours no matter what. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SimpleTexting?

It is very simple and easy to use. Everything is really easy to understand and we can get our team all on the same page so that we are all able to use it. Really helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?

What do you like best about SimpleTexting?

It's so easy. We have other programs and still chose to use this service. It is so easy and notifies you via email when someone has responded. We use it for recruiting at our company. We get a better response rate than emails and phone calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?

What do you like best about SimpleTexting?

What do you like best about SimpleTexting?

What do you like best about SimpleTexting?

So far, SimpleTexting has had the best customer service experience from any product we use. Their platform has given us nearly no issues, and works as expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?

There are no ways to filter inboxes based on undelivered messages (due to carrier errors, for example), which when we're sending large quantities of messages would simplify our processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SimpleTexting?

I like the immediate feedback that I see from my customers once I send out any type of campaign. Once I set up a campaign, I usually hit my sales target within a few days if not immediately that day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?

I dislike the limits on sending MMS campaigns. I realize that I can pay more with a short code to overcome this limit, however that means I would have to change my 800 number which my customers already have in their address book on their cell phones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
