What do you like best about SimpleTexting?

I love that simple text is a use to use system. It connects with API, which makes my life more simple to use their system mix with all my systems with automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?

The one thing i dislike is the contact limit. I have alot of SMS opt in but have found i had to update my contacts when it hit capacity Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SimpleTexting?

Pretty simple and straight forward system. We use the web/dashboard quite a bit, along with mobile app to send daily pictures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SimpleTexting?

So far, SimpleTexting has had the best customer service experience from any product we use. Their platform has given us nearly no issues, and works as expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?

There are no ways to filter inboxes based on undelivered messages (due to carrier errors, for example), which when we're sending large quantities of messages would simplify our processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SimpleTexting?

I like the immediate feedback that I see from my customers once I send out any type of campaign. Once I set up a campaign, I usually hit my sales target within a few days if not immediately that day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?

I dislike the limits on sending MMS campaigns. I realize that I can pay more with a short code to overcome this limit, however that means I would have to change my 800 number which my customers already have in their address book on their cell phones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simple Texting helps me communicate effectively and quickly with customers, aides me in selling products directly to my customer base. My business performance has gone up significantly over the last 3 years that I have used Simple Texting. As far as I know, my competition does not use any type of SMS marketing. When a potential client contacts us, we use SimpleTexting to send them an automatic sms to let them know that we received their inquiry. It's an additional touchpoint. So, if an email gets lost on either end, we do have sms for communication and follow-up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SimpleTexting?

What do you like best about SimpleTexting?

Simple Interface with no complicated features. Very easy to send outbound texts to people without having to jump through hoops. Additionally, the automations they offer also makes it very easy to create scalable texts campaigns without having to put in much effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?

The thing I don't like about SimpleTexting is that replies to people cost you credits which can be pretty consuming especially if you're having conversations over texts. Also, I don't like how they don't have read receipts for all messages so I can't tell if people are reading my messages or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SimpleTexting?

We set up a drip campaign to send out a free daily devotional. It is completely automated, where we were previously manually e-mailing out each message. So this has saved us a tremendous amount of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?

People are unable sign back up for the devotional if they have already went through. We would like people to be able to unsubscribe and start back over at day 1. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SimpleTexting:

This is a great program that can really help in automating getting messages out. There are many different ways that this program can be used. We are using the drip campaign to send out a daily devotional. There are a few nuances and areas for improvement, but overall this has really helped our church. What do you like best about SimpleTexting?

I like the ability to schedule text messages in advance. Having an app I can access on my phone is great for weekend responses as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
