The simplicity of the board together with many features present. Also it is very easy to integrate with third part apis like AI integrations or github helpers. Besides, any one that is new in the team can easily feel confortable right away due its simplicity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Shorcut could have a built-in wiki and a place to host documentation files Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having integrated the Shortcut Tool into my daily workflow, I've experienced a noticeable improvement in efficiency and productivity.
Cross-Application Integration, User-Friendly Interface are some of its strong points. Also, its Dashboards are comprehensive and the stats helps better forecast your future goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Learning Curve: While the interface is user-friendly, mastering the full potential of the Shortcut Tool may require some initial learning and experimentation, especially for users new to it.

Apparently they ship products that are not production-ready.
CMD+Z does not work. No history option available. Talk about a type of error that makes you lose a customer instantly… I will simply never going to use this again over Google Drive, no matter how many updates they ship; it can have AI, type my thoughts automatically, I don’t care.
I’d also recommend everyone else refrain from using it, as this is not production-ready clearly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How there is the very little initial configuration required compared to alternatives like JIRA. It also generally feels a lot snappier to use than JIRA. The limited feature set it has compared to JIRA is ideal for small startups Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Can't easily show a history of a ticket being represented across sprints to better show team velocity.
Say, ticket A is 8 points, and 5 points of work were completed in one sprint, we only want to move over the ticket with 3 points of work left Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
