What do you like best about ShipStation?

I love the intuitive interface, the ability to tag orders and the batch processing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShipStation?

I wish you could add to the order form the customer's history... a spot to show what order number this is that they've placed. We add samples for people who are brand new and thank you gifts for people that are long time customers. It would be a great time savings if this were automated for us. Would also be AMAZING if you could schedule pickup with the carriers through Shipstation instead of going to each of their sites individually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ShipStation?

So far I havn't found any real problems other than the occasional issues with orders not pushing from woo to shipstation but that hasn't happened in months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
