All in one shipping module that includes automation of dropship straight from the website. We even started pushing our vendors to use the portal so shipping B2B orders would be automated as well.
They just recently updated the layout. It seems a bit more streamlined and less windows to deal with during use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Just some minor issues that I can workaround for now. My amazon orders that contain custom products don't properly import, so I have to log into my amazon seller central dashboard to see what the details are that the customer requested. On shopify and etsy, these details come through without any issues. Also, recently a new dashboard view took away a feature that included a link to my orders with the martketplace. Previously I could click on the amazon order number in shipstation and it opened up a new window directly to the order in my amazon seller central. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that everything is in one platform, which provides us with a quick at a glance dashboard. We have all the information we need on transactions at hand. They have just released bundles which is a game changer for us. It integrates with all of our required platforms and we can use Make, to custom any work flows needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We are unable to have 2 different warehouses and restrict a user to one warehouse. We don't want each warehouse getting confused with the other. As there is the option to have 2 or more warehouses, this seems like a no brainer to implement. Occasionally an order will get dropped and lost in the system. There are some silly, quirky things that still have not been fixed. For example, you can't hit "C" button twice to pull up "Colorado" in the shipping State field. You have to manually click scroll down and select it. How inefficient. It is a simple thing that they refuse to change. That is a little frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We use shipstation mainly for shipping orders with our carrier rates. It is super user friendly and easy to train new staff on! We have been offered many other ways to generate shipping labels, however, we always come back to ShipStation! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was charged for failed shipping labels. Shipstation refuses to refund the money. They owe me $844.89. UPS refunded the money to them the day I tried purchasing labels. First they said 3-5 days, then they said it would take 4-5 weeks! I tried calling then after 1 hour on hold, their phone system hung up on me saying they weren't taking any calls. Their ticket system just marks all tickets as "solved" instead of really solving them. Their website has no accounting to show the money owed me. Maybe they think I will forget about $844.89 owed me if it takes long enough!

Shipstation connect and OCDB intergation is too complex for users without tech skills. These extensions should be services in the backround vs apps that need to be restarted everytime the computer power cycles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
