ShipRocket has mobile applications for Android, iOS, and a website that is useful for users to manage their businesses. The dashboard after login consists of all user account info, orders, shipments, and amount details. The navigation between the screens is simple and smooth. The UI and UX of ShipRocket are attractive and understandable. ShipRocket also offers a premium version to upgrade ourselves from the basic plan, We can load the amount into the wallet which can be used for deliveries/orders. We will get every update to our mail like invoice, status, tracking, etc., They also offer an AI-based smart assistant which helps in communication.

Ship Rocket is not meant for small businesses.

Picking - The data and Tech have an issue. often the 3PL courier do not receive the data due to API issues and while the customer would see oy for pickup, no one would show up for days, courier partner claiming they have not received any pickup info.

COD - COD is transferred after a lot many days and if you want YOUR MONEY to be returned within 2 days, SHIPROCKET wants a % of cash handling. This is after you pay COD fees! Pretty bad for small businesses.

Attempts - Even if you raise a ticket specifically stating when to attempt, there is no adherence.

Escalations handling - Extremely Extremely poor and a waste of time. No one cares and if you are lucky they may pretend to care. Even after escalations, nothing would change, the issue would still take tons of time as they are slow and lack control over their own logistics partners.

RTO - They claim 15 days RTO in case undelivered after they charge as much as forward fees. Small businesses that operate lean cannot really survive with this kind of expensive yet very poorly managed operations from ShipRocket.

Rating Couriers - This purely bought by courier companies is not the truest reflection of service.

Limited Courier Partners - They don't have enough partners who would compete with good service, the 3PLS are lousy and often misbehave when questioned on SLA.

I use ShipRocket as a seller and as a consumer. There are multiple things I like about ShipRocket,

1. The first thing is the user experience. The entire website and mobile application design are user-friendly and transparent. The navigation between the screens and the respective screen objective is understandable.

2. The dashboard after login comprises all the details related to delivery updates, Monet settlement, and Analytics, making tracking and updating our deliveries easier.

3. The ShipRocket wallet helps us load amounts into it via different payment methods and use it for deliveries. We used to get discounts and cashback on loading amounts to the wallet. This makes preferred payment when the delivery is registered.

4. There are different plans exist to select and upgrade our membership, Starting from free to Pro.

5. One feature which I like most is Invoice generation. We need to give details, and the rest invoice is generated Automatically.

6. They Offer trainings, tutorials and documentation to get started and help in the middle.

7. Recent innovation, the smart AI-powered assistant in ShipRocket helps to communicate via WhatsApp and calls effectively.

The only thing I dislike about ShipRocket is that it doesn't generate OTP first when I try to log in with my mobile number. I have to click multiple times to generate OTP and log in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are thinking about growing your business using shiprocket services for shipping, forget about it. They promise that they will refund money if shipments are lost/damged. Most of the courier companies are theives and they will steal your packages and paste your shipping label on some box of different size and deliver that junk product to customer. If you try to reach out to shiprocket customer care, they will make sure that the case will get dragged for multiple months asking unnecessary documentation and will close the ticket with out resolving. Then you will raise another ticket and they will close that ticket too. They will make sure that you will lose patience and give up eventually. If you become frustated and start talking to them seriously, they will tell you to act professionally. They are the ones who are cheating taking your money and they will tell you to act professional which is complete irony. They use reverse psychology. Your money on lost or damaged can never be recovered even if you claim insurance. On top of that couriers guys will not come and pickup the goods as promised and it will get dragged for multiple days. Your customers will get frustated and will buy locally next time as online shopping is not reliable. With the current service they are providing Shiprocket will go bankrupt soon unless it backing up by investors who is pumping shady money into the company.
