Shinydocs Pro Project Pricing gives you full access to our data privacy and information governance features for 90-days so you can complete your project efficiently. Most customers use project pricing to eliminate duplicate files and ROT, respond to a privacy or compliance audit, or prepare for a migration into SharePoint.

The Shinydocs Pro Annual Subscription gives you ongoing and complete reporting on the content you store and how it is being used. With the annual subscription, organizations have the realtime data they need to support their data privacy programs and information governance policies across their entire content landscape. Customers choose to subscribe to Shinydocs Pro to monitor and manage new content as it is created with a proactive stance towards their privacy and governance objectives and requirements.

Shinydocs Enterprise delivers all of the functionality of Shinydocs Pro with the added ability to customize data identification and classification rules to meet the specific and proprietary requirements of your organization. With Shinydocs Enterprise, customers work with our Customer Success team to define and automatically apply their specific data classification schemes for data retention, data privacy, tagging, metadata management, enterprise search, and much more.
