What do you like best about ShiftCare?

ShiftCare won me over for various reasons:

1. Publicly disclosed pricing, with simple, logical licensing tiers. Much more affordable than competitors, especially for a very small business like ours.

2. Answered all my tricky questions live on their webinar

3. Extremely responsive, friendly, helpful customer service

4. Easy to adjust license seats up or down mid-way through a billing cycle, with credits applied instantly

5. Excellent integration with Xero

6. Semi-public roadmap with regular improvements and bug fixes

7. Heaps of guides, videos, and webinars (unlike competitors who almost ask you to sign an NDA just to see the software in action) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShiftCare?

• No dedicated mobile admin app and a non-Responsive Design website makes it difficult to manage tasks on the go

• Certain UX issues - e.g. non-standard date picker, which doesn't allow keyboard input; limited flexibility in scheduling shifts (e.g. only 15- or 30-minute increments possible)

• Managing recurring shifts could be smoother – requires lots of clicking around

• Split shifts are confusing and don’t reflect as expected in the carer app or timesheets

• Other minor but noticeable issues: apostrophed contact name formatting errors <> Xero, lack of automatic syncing with Xero for staff details, and small UI bugs in the app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ShiftCare solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. ShiftCare has significantly reduced the time spent on scheduling shifts, managing staff, and handling payroll. The integration with Xero allows for seamless invoicing, reducing manual errors and making payroll much faster and more accurate.

2. The ability to easily adjust license seats up and down, and assign shifts helps us manage an ever-changing team efficiently, without the need for complicated processes or external support.

3. ShiftCare’s platform allows us to keep clear records of shifts, notes, and communications, ensuring transparency and compliance and making it easier to manage staff and client interactions. It also helps with staff handover – crucial in an industry with such high turnover and casual employment.

These improvements have helped us reduce operational costs, minimise human errors, and free up more time to focus on delivering quality care. This has enabled us to scale more effectively while ensuring that administrative processes don’t become overwhelming, especially as the sole company director running the show. What do you like best about ShiftCare?

ShiftCare is well-designed and easy to use.

Our employees find it easy to use, and it functions well for everything we need it to do. We use it for all of our weekly scheduling and client management and have encountered no issues.

When we have had questions, the ShiftCare team has been quick to respond and help us resolve our issues.

What do you like best about ShiftCare?

Shiftcare has replaced 3 other plateforms for our team. It does what we need all in one place and has been very user friendly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShiftCare?

There are still some features that need some work. Our team would love to have to forms to be able to attach to client/carer profiles, the clients to get an email when a new note is entered, and us to be able to edit the note types that are available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ShiftCare?

ShiftCare is a very intuitive app that allows us to easily manage both our support workers and our clients. The online customer support is fantastic, the team is always able to answer our questions and assist with issues that we may be having. What do you like best about ShiftCare?

We changed software after 4 years of agony with another product.

It was easy to set up, user friendly support pages and real human help when you really need it .

My favourite part of shiftcare now is the integration with the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShiftCare?

We integrate the invoices into Xero and when we import it gives them a long number.

I wish we could integrate xero invoice numbering system to make importing invoices easier

Since transferring to Shiftcare, I have caregivers leaving notes without me having to hound them like we did with the old software! I am also saving a large amount of money monthly!
