The fraud prevention features that are in Finaro appeal to me. The satisfaction that comes with real-time fraud scoring is the information that my online store is less exposed to fraud transactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are not many apparent opportunities to customize the transaction notifications. I might want certain notifications like orders of our popular products or orders to be shipped internationally to be more important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Two-factor authentication and all the fraud prevention tools provide me with confidence that my online store’s finances are shielded. It has also been useful in reconciliation particularly in simplifying the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Finaro does not offer many options for detailed reporting. I can examine only quantitative data related to transactions; for the qualitative analysis, I need to export the data and analyze it with help of other programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The registration was easy and I liked how they explained everything to me when I was signing up. Just gets that paperwork and those waiting times which I have often met with other payment processors out of the equation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can’t get patron details or trends like age, gender, or purchasing patterns among patrons. This is not suitable for tracking patterns and refining my marketing strategies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer Service could be better, 3dCart was the BEST! somehow it got lost with Shift4Shop takeover Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It lets us receive purchase orders and make invoices and quotes, and integrates smoothly with ShipRush. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The shop isn't the most beautiful it could be and the UX generally isn't intuitive as an admion/user. The search function for finding orders isn't great - doesn't search comments on the orders etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

3. several services are available for the eCommerce market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Well, nothing there to dislike, but for a non IT person, it is sometimes tricky to buid his website and run smoothly, but you will be comfortable soon over a period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It really used to be a good solution, but in recent years and a change of hands have made 3DCart no longer a good choice. It used to be easy to work with for both larger (even multi-store) sites and small stores. Now only a handful of pre-made templates to choose from. Still fairly easy to modify the look and feel of your stores or go completely custom. Many built-in features with options to add more from third-party developers. Doesn't integrate with all order management companies. Everything is now an upcharge. I made the mistake of paying yearly. They will not work with you if you have to cancel their service. Absolutely will not refund. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Quickly tells us if a product is in stock or not. Easy to add new products to our inventory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it takes a lot longer for the site to load than is normal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The free tier allowed more items than ecwid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It was very difficult to set up your shop. One could argue there were too many settings that you needed so sort through. Shop wasnt easy to configure Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Price point was very attractive, even with their after-signup upsells like SSL certificates. Setup of the core functions like payments and shipping was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Really a bargin-basement relic of what seems to be the mid 2000's. Been added on and added on, and it shows. I think Shopify is a way better solution.
Technical support response times were way too long. Sometimes hours, sometimes days. Had one issue where pages would not load, all I could do was leave a message. Got a email response 3 days later.
And about email... tried to get sales notifications sent to a gmail account. NOPE! They went out of their way to blame gmail... like they were 2nd graders trying the "lie enough to make it seem true" game. That ended any trust I had for them right there!
The system is just archaic! Seems like they put a lot of effort into developing the system in the 2000's and they're just milking every dime out of it. There are some features that were added on, but nowhere near what other e-commerce platforms offer. Their SEO tools are underwhelming to say the least. They cover the basics. But what really disturbed me was they have page numbers and product numbers attached to every URL, which isn't the best way to format a URL. It generates a sitemap... just a general sitemap, not an additional image sitemap or any other asset. Yes you can generate your own and then upload them via FTP, but even connecting via FTP is a hassle.
The templates are really bland. Might be good enough for a basic store, but they really overweight in code. Could have better page load times if their system wasn't so senile.
I might go with this for a remedial storefront where it was a low level sales generator.... basically a write off. But in reality nowhere near what a business should have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
