What do you like best about SHI?

Our Rep is good and easy to talk to. They seem willing to understand the problems and see what they can do to fix them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SHI?

It still takes up to 6 weeks to get some equipment that we could have next day from amazon. It is more expensive aswell. We never could get imaging done properly byt sHI even though we sent a server to do it . It is just easier and faster to do it our selves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SHI:

The SHI team is willing to work with you and open to ideas. But, be aware they are slow with orders and it is hard to justify the length of time to the user base on how long it takes to get equipment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SHI?

The people and account executives. I've dealt with many different VARs large and small in my career. Account teams can make or break the experience and SHI has amazing account teams.

I wish the commercial reps were able to travel to customer sites more. At a previous company we had an enterprise level rep and that was great. Commercial reps should be able to travel to customers more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
